fast and on point reply
Saves so much time
Saves so much time making supplier payments. Presents invoices approved awaiting payment from Xero in a list, check which you want to pay, Apron reads the bank details and pays with one payment from our bank. Then sends remittances and reconciles back to Xero. Saves at least a day a month for us. Support are responsive through the chat and phone calls if you need them and now Apron can also have a solution for our inbound payments via payment links, invoice integration and a pay now button on our website without the huge card payment percentages. Can’t recommend highly enough
Great software and support
The software is great, very well priced, easy to set up and use. The support team is very quick to respond and get answers to you and future development looks exciting.
Bad service and customer service
I made an account to pay my bills with my credit card. First of all is difficult to setup, I asked questions for the support, she had to ask questions for the support because didn’t know the answer. When I waited long time for answers I decided to delete my account, I don’t trust to leave my personal information on this app. I couldn’t delete by myself, had to ask support again, has been more than one hour and nothing. He keeps saying allowed me feel minutes, I asked after 30 hour, same answer. They change a lot for very poor services.
I only received a reply yesterday saying the account was closed, how long does it take to close an account?
They say my review is defamatory, I’m just saying exactly what happened.

What can I say
What can I say, other than Apron are hands down the best company I have dealt with, ever.
Besides the fact that their software is easy to use, easy to navigate and just works as it should; their customer service support is 2nd to none. One the rare chance you face an issue, their chat function is right there on the user screen and an actual human being (No AI chat bots here) responds within a minute to answer your query or deal with it right away.
We had a nightmare day today with our bank (not aprons fault!). Our payment to Apron was sent in two batches and the bank sent more money than they should have. It wasn't how it should be sent to Apron. That was no problem for Apron though, they recognise we are human, mistakes happen and we needed it sorted. I spoke with Arthur who was brilliant, he kept me informed throughout the process and the over payment sent by our bank was instantly sent back to us. Arthur then waited to check we had received it, not just accepting his job was done there.
I have recommended Apron to many people already and will continue to do so.
Thanks again to everyone at Apron for making a bad day at the office right again.

Apron does not pick up dates correctly. Uploads signature pictures as documents. Duplicates loads constantly. However the support team are helpful.
Date of experience is constant not one day in particular.

Amazing customer service!
One evening before I went on holiday, I had an issue processing a client's payment. It was after 8 pm, and I contacted the support team, not expecting a reply until the following morning. To my surprise, within 15 minutes, I received a call offering assistance to resolve the problem. By 9 pm, the issue was completely resolved. Amazing customer service!
Apron is transforming our payments process
We have been using Apron for a few months now for a few clients, and will start rolling it out to more, as we're really happy with the functionality. It's saving us a lot of time from manually setting up payments, and allows flexibility to get other team members to set up payruns too. Our clients love it too.
