Astra was not only prompt and timely on their audit service, but also threw in few complimentary tools for automated testing thorough out the audit process. My team loved the dashboard and ease of reviewing new issues and communicating on existing ones. Astra went above and beyond in helping provide the audit report and a detailed summary in a timely manner.

I found about them in a really bad moment, one of our clients had been hacked. They managed to make us retake control of the website, cleaned the malaware code and leveled-up our security. They also offer a great value-price ratio.

When our Joomla website crashed we assumed that it was hacked. Having little technical knowledge we understood that solving this could require an important amount of time and money. On the internet we found the website of Astra Security. I didn't know this company. Reading on the website of Wordpress that the Astra Security Suite is one of their plugins I was fully confident about this company.

Via their chatbox I had a meaningful conversation with Astra Security about our issue even before deciding to buy their service. Getting help at this point felt good. It was a sign about the way we would work together.

Throughout the process I was always in direct contact with the expert via the chatbox. Our contact person was very reactive. I also had a phone call upon my request. This kind of communication is so much better than the regular support you typically get.

When the issue was solved I was told that our problem had been escalated because of the urgency of our problem. I believe in procedures to manage complexity. The reactivity and the quality of the support was in line with the urgency of our problem. Definitely things were always under control.

It happened that the source of the problem was not related to security reasons, but to a configuration problem. Providing a solution for configuration issues is not part of the scope of the Astra Security's mission. However Ananda kindly helped us to fully resolve it because he happened to have the required knowledge and because our issue was escalated. Definitely Ananda provided more help then we could expect. It was a pleasure to work with him. We are really grateful!

I'm a very cynical customer usually, especially being a business owner myself. But this was hands down the best software company I have ever dealt with. I have never known a company reply back within minutes and because of that, I solved an issue and did not lose a sale. I have also solved some situations that I would have expected to go back & forth on for days. Solved in minutes. Not a single problem with this company. And the firewall is ridiculously vigilant. It's even blocked the same attack that brought me to them in the 1st place. Meant to be.

We’ve never seen any other team go above and beyond like that of Astra. We’ve been using their solution since years and can confirm that it’s a solution built by a thoughtful team that knows what they’re doing. I had a couple of feature suggestions which were promptly logged and I’ve been told that the next release will ship with one of the features I suggested!

It is still a tragedy what happened, but at least they realize it and were accommodating accordingly.

Old:
We needed some help on the configuration and shared our ssh login details with them.

They made some changes in the server configs and because of a typo, our website didn't work anymore.
They didn't taught it's necessary to test if everything is still working properly after there changes.

Because they did it outside our working hours, we didn't realized it for more than 2 hours.

Thousends of USD lost.
