Thank you planning a wonderful anniversary trip for me and my husband...

We enjoyed our trip, we stayed at the WestGate Lakes resort and Spa, the room was small but very nice and clean, we did have issues with very loud obnoxious neighbors in the next room, we had to call security and they took care of it for the most part! This is a timeshare so we did sit through a presentation, a bit pushy but it’s to be expected, It was well worth it to get the great deal we got, we stayed 3 nights for $99 plus received a $50 gift card, it was a great little weekend get away!!

I felt very comfortable from the beginning w this being a real deal. Nothing was hidden. It is exactly what they say. We actually wanted to buy the condo but for our travel job it wasn’t in the right places. We were disappointed that it wasn’t a fit. The place was amazing. Nothing negative. They called several times but it’s hard to get annoyed w organization knowing your getting the place w no issues whatsoever

Decent stay. Definitely more improvements to be made. Had to hear the timeshare stuff. Ask for 90 minutes of your time. Threaten to make you pay your full trip if you don’t get your sales pitch completed. 4 hours later we were done. Just be aware.

Due to my family signing a contract with WestGate Resorts in 2001, my family is no longer authorized to do business with Getawaydealz.com. The contract signed in 2001 was then voided within the three day grace period allowed. My family today was told that Getawaydealz.com cannot provide us a discounted deal, offered on their website, due to the voided contract signed in 2001. The customer service representative told us if we book through a non-WestGate resort we may get a deal, however Getawaydealz.com only offers WestGate. We cannot believe the lack in customer service provided not by the customer service agent, but WestGate Resorts and Getawaydealz.com. My family is extremely disappointed. We will take our business elsewhere.

We were lied to from the moment we booked our trip, and when we decided not to purchase.. the tour guides became rude and careless. I would NEVER recommend to family or friends

The resort was even more than I expected. A Great place for family time and something to do for everyone. I am glad I made the choose to vacation here. Two thumbs and a Clap!

GetawatDealz.com is a very honest company. Everything they told us was true.thetr were no hidden fees.
We booked our stay at Westgate town center in Kissimmee, Florida. We had a great time. All the staff was knowledgeable and professional. I will use getawayDealz.com again and let my family and friends know about their deals.

Great Deal!

We stayed at the Westgate Palace in Orlando and it was amazing. The price from GetawayDealz was perfect for us. The presentation lasted a little over the 90 minutes but not too bad. I would definitely recommend.

The property was beautiful! I wish there was an option to purchase an all inclusive package.

I took a chance on a great deal that could have had a lot of hidden costs but it was not. Thank you for the refreshing transparency.

This place was absolutely disgusting I went out and bought my own cleaning supplies and we only ended up staying for one night because of how bad our room was we had to go out and get a new hotel for the last three nights we were there.

The customer service was wonderful with getaway deals. Unfortunately the property stay was not. Our room had
many pieces of furniture that needed dusting and most of the amenities were very out dated. Truly not appealing, ideally not a great way to market your product at all to others.

The experience and accommodations exceeded my epectations!!!
