We have a relatively small site, and have used Awesome Support for a long time, and it has made my site slower and slower, until the point where the admin pages almost don't respond anymore. The public pages were slow, too.
We have uninstalled it now, and we are using another support plugin that works normally.
If you ask chatgpt you can see that it is a known issue for the plugin. And they are not doing anything to fix this issue.
Support is also slow.

I have been using Awesome Support for almost a year now, initially, I started with the free core plugin and then with the Email support addon, the addition was awesome and helped me to save time and assist my clients in a better way. Right now I am using PowerPack addon, Remote tickets, and Stats and statics. It is simply awesome.

If only they offered what the name of the site is! I bought a support desk plugin from this company and installed it. From day one it had multiple bugs and I asked for support on a number of occasions to which it took 3 days to get an answer which offered no support. The type of answer that is a question so that they don't have to actually put any effort into answering you.

Eventually I asked for a refund as they offered a 30 day money back guarantee. As I imagined this is a fictitious guarantee and was not available to me because I have not given them access to my server to look at issues.

The fact of the matter is our site has over 200,000 customers in our database and we don't just give access to the server. I asked basic questions about the problems I encountered and the only solution was access to my server which isn't an option for me. Unwilling to try to work with me without the access we have been left with no choice other than to remove the poorly coded plugin and use another.

Seems like the site is run by one person and not suitable if you are wanting a commercial product which is supported.
