The whole purchase process is very transparent
The whole purchase process is very transparent and the concierges are with you all the way. If anything is wrong with the watch and they identify it, they give you a range of options, including cancellation of your purchase. That gives lots of confidence in the whole purchase experience.

Smooth Process, fast shipping. Extremely satisfied!
The purchase process was super smooth and fast. I ordered on a Friday night and my watch had been authenticated by Bezel and delivered to me by the following Thursday. I recently purchased a 2021 Rolex Submariner “Starbucks” through Bezel and had a very positive experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional.

What made it great is I won the auction at a price I am happy with. The watch came in as advertised, in very good shape. One thing that was a little annoying was the continuous 2 minute extensions to the bid time, it was not something I was aware of.
