I placed the order on June 26, and as of today (July 7), I have not received the shipment or an explanation why my order is not there. After trying to contact the store, I did not receive any e-mail response. I do not recommend.

I bought inserts in a size E and was up sold after checking out, to purchase items that were not offered in my size, with a different sizing structure than the item I just bought. The size information was not available, I just purchased it because it said D and I figured it was suggested because I had already purchased an item. They took a very long time to arrive, in very crappy packaging from China, I opened the boxes to discover the size E was ok but not tapered like they advertised, and the size D sticky bras were way too small. When I contacted them for a refund at first they refused and offered that I purchase a larger size which isn't even offered. They didn't really care to listen to the issue. After I fought back and forth with them they told me to CUT UP the perfectly good item instead of sending it back and to send them a photo of it. I protested saying the item isn't trash and should just be returned to them, but they said that was the only way I would get a refund, minus a $25 shipping charge. Sorry why am I paying for shipping when you're not asking me to ship it back? The issue still isn't resolved, the company seems scammy and their policies are questionable. These sticky bras are also no different than the cheaper versions you can find anywhere. The value of the product is so low that they would rather you cut it into pieces than attempt to resell it. It honestly is disturbing and wasteful.

I recently bought women intimate wears from #BOOMBA which is widely-marketed over #FacebookPage. From my experience their promise quality of the bras is completely untrue, despite claims by many incentified influencers/ youtubers (shame on ur guys). Both pairs of invisible inserts and sticky-bras i bought in Oct for my wedding never last beyond 5 wears (<3months).

When i tried contact the customer service or social media, no one bother replying. However, i noticed that you would get almost immediately eager responses on #FB messenger when u posted something on the company webpage as a potential buyer.

So, i tried that tactic and I immediately got the response. First, the excuse was how the company media are not being monitored regularly (BS*) my items had been “almost a year ago so the stickiness had faded (more BS*) and I would be offered a pathetic 10% discount for next purchase (more more BS*) hello, I thought u guaranteed a 20-40 wears seconds ago when we started the chat?!

I requested for a replacement for one of the two pairs but was not reciprocated. When I commented on the FB webpage, my comment immediately got deleted and blocked!

This is an unbelievable phenomena FB, amazon and more. I am very furious with these irresponsible companies' sales&marketing with fake ads (which breached #trustpilotreviews guidelines and without #googlereview) from #influencers or #Youtube with discount codes etc. I appealed that all potential buyers, especially #women, be extra cautious of these ads since we are often the target! Do use your judgment wisely and don't fall into overpaying for poor-quality items!

I ordered them 3 years ago and up to today it’s still sticky. It’s very comfortable and it’s helpful for me.

These were way too big for a bikini top and stuck out on the sides. They told me too bad, they don't do refunds or exchanges. I made a comment on IG which they promptly deleted. There's no way for me to put a review on their website with a verified order so those are probably mostly fake. Concept is great but definitely not worth the price.

i ordered on the 29.04.24. it is now the 10.05.24. I went to see how long it would take and checked the tracking info only to discover that it said it had been delivered on the 22.04.24. which would be impossible as I hadn't even placed the order then.
I can't get a reply back from customer services, they ignore my emails and now I'm 40 odd quid down

I bought these for a stag in Vegas, and these worked so well, gave me the lift and boost I was looking for in a dress that I didn’t quite fill out.

The customer service was stellar before and after the purchase too, which was a pleasant surprise. Jessica and Anna helped me choose the style of the inserts for the dress I was shopping for, and they also asked me if there were other outfits I had planned. I ended up getting the Ultra Boost Inserts and the Demi Boost Inserts, and they both worked great for different outfits.

I tried them in the water for two pool parties too, and they really stayed put which was surprising. I was just hoping to snap a few pics but I got into the water, forgetting that I had the inserts on, they’re pretty comfortable I barely felt them.

Anyways, really great experience overall. I’ll be purchasing more when I need them, but I’ve used them for over ten times and they’re still really sticky, so probably not back for a while. I’ve since recommended them to my friends too, and heard good feedback.

This company is a huge scam. The products doesn’t do what it says and are no different than a cheap drugstore product. I ordered two items and none of it sticks or holds or supports. I tried them with different dresses and tops with different materials. I also tried to follow the video and their instructions nothing worked. I contacted customer support to return those and get a refund. They asked me to send all the dresses I tried them with. After I sent them the photos of all the clothes i tried with they asked for a video to verify and check the stickiness. So I sent a video CLEARLY showing how it doesn’t stick. And they still refuse to refund me and claims it passes their quality check. This company is a huge scam you will find it out if you do a little research on the internet.

I ordered for my wedding fitting last week. Express shipping was expensive but it was worth it. It helped my dress fit a lot better. Customer service was really helpful when I sent in my dresss photo.

Easy to purchase. My order came quickly and it was exactly what they advertised. Very satisfied.

Friendly and quick customer service. Ordered wrong item and emailed them and they replied within an hour and corrected my order to ensure I got the correct items.

Really poor quality product. Do not stick and hold (and I only have A cups) do not work. Don't buy!

Wrong item received but company says they will keep my $50 and will not exchange. A total scam

I purchased a bra from this company on 02/08 for an event this Friday (2/23), giving ample shipping time. The company, however, sent me the wrong item in the wrong size and wrong color. I reached out to them to receive a refund since I did not get what I ordered, they would not be able to ship me a new item in time for my event, and I would no longer have a use for said item after the event- therefore store credit would not be accepted. I reached out to them the same day I recieved the wrong item (02/16). I offered to ship them back the wrong item multiple times but they refused. I requested a refund and got the run around for two days as I continued to reach out to them and they kept responding that they were "working with their team". They finally got back to me after days and asked me to send them a photo of the bra cut into 4 pieces. I cut the bra and sent them a photo. They then started making excuses that they needed certain angles and lighting for the photo and continued to ask for me to jump through multiple hoops before they would consider processing my refund request. At this point I've wasted multiple hours on their terrible customer service and it is clear that they have no intention on giving me a refund.

Do not buy! all the comments on here are fake. I have photos and videos to prove how bad these are and I'll be posting them. Can message me if they want more info. Do not waste your money. They do not last sticky, mine start peeling off with in 30 minutes and this was even with a tight corset shirt on and also a bra. They are tacky and gross and look like you have shoved a big ball down your bra! Then when you try to talk to them they completely Gaslight you and send constant emails trying to confuse you to make you give up with getting a refund!!! DO NOT BUY

I usually do not write reviews but I had to after the experience I had with their customer service. They really went above and beyond to help me. I often have trouble buying sticky bras because of my uneven breasts. I was worried I would select the wrong size so I reached out to them. They replied me instantly and even helped me to create a custom package to ensure the products would fit me well. Their customer service was amazing, quick and very helpful. I can't wait to reorder again!

The quality is really bad. I got the order and I noticed right away it’s poor quality for what you pay for. They asked for a picture and even that they didn’t accept returns and no refunds. $100.00 went down the drain.
They also had asked me cut them in pieces, which I did.. but still no refund.
Save yourself money.

I don’t normally get the chance to write positive reviews because customer service is a bit of a lost skill these days, but I had to rush straight over to praise the social media team @Boombaofficial.

Absolutely stellar customer service from Boombaofficial! I reached out to their social media team regarding product details and sizing queries, and I must say, their responsiveness was both immediate and incredibly helpful. Not only were their replies answering my questions, Boomba then followed up with a DM where they went above and beyond to clear up my confusion, as well as ensuring I had all the necessary sizing information, and additional relevant details.

As a soon-to-be customer, this exceptional level of attention has instilled (in me) a strong sense of trust and confidence when purchasing from Boombaofficial.

My advice to anyone uncertain about their products or sizing? Simply reach out to them via DM and witness their outstanding service firsthand.

I give them 1 star because the inserts are great. I decided to try their magic padded sticky bra. The adhesive is so strong it tore off the first layer of skin, I followed the instructions precisely and removed gently. Boomba did not take my concern seriously and simply said to stop using the product and offered me 30% off after back and forth emails. I could not wear a bra for a week due to the stripped skin and filed a complaint with health Canada to ensure protection for other consumers. Nevertheless Boomba claims there’s no concern on their end and blamed me for misuse and sensitive skin which neither are true. Not only did I throw away 80$ but I sustained injury from their product. They are not a company that stands behind their customers. BUYER BEWARE!
