I have been waiting for over 2 weeks and, still, have not received my order. I called bril and they couldn’t provide me with a UPS tracking number. This is NOT a good company. Expect a long time before you get your order!!!
Hiway robbery!!
I think this company is not reputable. It’s been six weeks since I ordered and paid for my braille, and I’ve never received it! You guys suck! You steal money from people who are on fixed incomes. You should be ashamed of yourselves.!!!!
Battery not recharging
Purchased the Bril last Christmas and one of them has stopped recharging. I am in contact with Bril in hopes of a solution.
Loved the bril
Loved the bril. Until I had to clean. It gets gummy as does any toothbrush container and I don’t think it’s water proof . Now it won’t recharge ?
Happy with it until it stopped working
Happy with it until it stopped working. I charge it until the green light comes on but the blue light for disinfection no longer comes on regardless if I have just fully charged it. Won't waste my money again.

Bad Service
I placed an order in December 2021. I received an order confirmation and tracking number.
Unfortunately, I didn't receive my order, and I couldn't track it. When I tried to track the item, I receive a message that the tracking number is invalid.
I wrote an email to their customer services and none replied to me, I am wondering whether this is a legitimate website?
Brill need to include a real plug to charge
Just got my 6 Brils and see that to charge them, there is no plug, just a USB cord with a USB-2 plug. I am not going to plug this into my computer every time I need a charge. I don't understand why they did not include a plug you can plug into the outlet on the wall. Rip Off!
Defective bril holder
I got my order a couple of weeks ago. Bought 3 and received 2 free. The first one I opened was flashing red so I thought it needed charging and after a few hours it still flashes red. There’s no contact info and I tried a phone number that was on with reviews but it doesn’t work. I also tried and I don’t see what I can do. No customer service and that annoys me. When there’s a problem you should be able to speak with someone. Just saying!!
Never again will I buy Bril
The only thing worse than Bril's delivery time is the customer service. Both are deplorable. After waiting a month after the date that the product was to be delivered, I finally called my bank to tell them that I never got the product, so they credited my account for the amount I was charged. A month after that, I finally received the merchandise but by then, I didn't want it. I contacted Bril to say that I didn't want the product and offered to either use and review the product (thinking it was a way to support a new business) or return the items. The box was opened because it didn't have their name on it but the products were never removed from the box or used. They told me to hold onto it and they'd send me a mailing label to return it. I've been waiting for the label for close to another month. It never came but they reversed the credit to charge me for the product which they know I don't want. I understand that many businesses are now having a tough time with deliveries but this started months ago. An email advising me of the delay would have gone a long way in managing my expectations. The integrity of sending the mailing label rather than charging my account would also have sufficed, but this level of shoddy service is completely unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM BRIL.
Didn't getbril
Contacted bril using the email address posted on Trustpilot and finally my order arrived.
Ordered five weeks ago and still waiting for my order to be delivered. The FedEx tracking number quoted on my order is not recognised. I did get this reply from an enquiry "Thanks for contacting us. Your order will be shipped within the next 24-48 hours. You will receive an email once your order leaves our facility." but no email has been received. To date my last two emails have only had an automated reply.
This product only fits old fashioned…
This product only fits old fashioned manual toothbrushes. I bought it for our Oral B. I'm having a bit of difficulty returning two of the three I ordered that were never opened. No reason that I should have to pay the for returns. Not even sure if they will refund my money.

Looks like it’s a Chinese Co drop shipping from USA , business address called SLING SHOT .! No addresse. No CO I d on product packets AT ALL . Just bril . Very Chinese packaging . It’s drop shipped ftom USA . Only to confuse buyers to believe it’s an American product . . It’s false representation of origin of manufacture and shipping . Would then not have been manufactured to any American standard. Then shipping origin is a lie .

Not received product yet but very disappointed… the price you agree to changes only once you have scrolled on to enter your credit card details. They add shipping and taxes after. Not good … that’s all I can say as I had a previous review pulled for being honest.
Hidden costs for tax and shipping
I can't comment on the product as I've only just ordered it but I'd like to make you aware of extra costs which are only visible after completing the purchase if you're paying by PayPal in the UK. The screen before PayPal said there were no tax or shipping costs but my receipt showed that an additional £13 had been taken for these.
How did I live without this?!
Love it! Bril is compact, stylish and works in just 3 minutes. There’s something about knowing my toothbrush is ultra-clean that is making me smile bigger these days!

This product is nothing short of genius. I’ve always worried about the cleanliness of my toothbrush, and would replace it often due to bacteria concerns. I don’t even think about it anymore with bril. 100% trust in this sterilizer!
