Absolute scam. Avoid!

Absolute scam. Bought the windscreen cleaner after seeing all the ads on social media. It cost around £25 and took 2 weeks to be delivered from China on “express shipping”.
The product was used as per the instructions on the packaging but it made no difference to the water repellent effect of the windscreen. I reached out to customer services who were initially very responsive. They gave me further instructions on how to use it (no different to the packaging), but it was still useless.
When I asked for a refund “Ana” suddenly ghosted me.
Avoid this company and don’t get fooled by the social media ads (which have suddenly stopped appearing in my feed coincidentally). You’re better off rubbing milk on your windscreen.
