I ordered mats for my car by reg…

I ordered mats for my car by reg number. I thought will be easy. But when arrived, not match at all. I sent email. And they said they make custom mats ( this mean we all Hawe one type car, year, and all different inside,,,) anyway. I tried to swap them. They said no. I think they make money like this. They sending random stuff to people. Avoid xxx

Don’t use this company they are con men

Ordered my mats and after being told twice they were on there way, after 6 weeks they have still not been delivered. I requested a refund 2-3 weeks ago and I am now getting no response from the company and I haven’t received my refund which was £100. Absolutely disgusting service and total con men, they respond quick enough when you place the order but when something goes wrong they just ignore you

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
If I could give them ZERO stars I would do. I have exactly the same problem that Mike Carter had (22 Mar 2022 review), in that the mat doesn't fit and there are gaps all around the floor area of my van, despite megiving them all the details of my vehicle. Same response from them, as most other reviews on this company, they refuse to exchange or refund due to the product being "bespoke".

How these mats can be classed as bespoke when they're producing them all from the same template is beyond me. These people are just scammers, taking money from people for goods that are neither good quality nor fit for purpose. Waste of £60 .

If you're stupid enough to even contemplate using this company, be that on your own head. I for one will avoid them like the plague!

Absolute worst company I've ever purchased from.

customer services are a absolute waste…

customer services are a absolute waste of time.
no help at all when enquired about a mat for my t5. they said they don’t do them for a t5 which is strange because i had one off them last year. there response was very short as if they weren’t bothered, no suggestion of help or reason as to why i was able to purchase one last year!! just “sorry we don’t do them for a t5 i’m afraid”

Total garbage

Total garbage. No contact numbers and ignore emails. Any old car mat seems to be sent out that doesn’t fit. Very poor quality. Avoid at all costs then you won’t be disappointed.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could! Absolutely disgusting company! My mats never arrived and they are ignoring all emails! How can a company keep someone’s money and not refund if an item never arrived? We will be taking this further and reporting to trading standards!

Wish I'd checked their reviews.
Ordered their budget mat for my Transit Custom and correctly supplied all the information they felt was needed.
Quality was OK for budget, but the mat was 100mm too narrow! 4 inches of floor exposed. Their reasons given were;
1) You have to expect a poor fit with a non original equipment item. (not what they say on their site)
2) This shape is correct for a transit with optional plastic lining (which mine doesn't have).
I can't imagine the plastic lining would be 4 inches thick anyway!!
They then refused to refund on the grounds it was "Custom/Tailor" made. Bizarre when they have just admitted (see second excuse) that it was not.
It is also illegal to refuse a refund on those grounds - that only applies to the 14 day cooling off period.
Without doubt, the unacceptable fit was their error.
Appalling company.

Omg don't buy from this company

Omg don't buy from this company. Not only ate they very difficult to deal with but the product is cheap poor, very poor! Mine arrived, wrong size although I put my reg in, they said I got it wrong! But the quality is absolutely dreadful! Don't buy off them.

You don't get what you ordered Avoid!

Was quite disappointed with the product I received. I ordered the T5 LWB rear mat. When it arrived it was all crumpled up at one end as it was packaged very well. I got a heat got on this which did mange to get the crushed ends smooth again. The mat came cut in 2 halves and not one single piece as illustrated on the website. I also selected the mat to have black piping which was the default option. The mat arrived with no piping at all so basically I got a cut out piece of carpet which I could have done myself. When I complained about the issues I did get a fast reply basically telling me it comes cut in 2 halves and you don't get piping on this mat (even though its an option).

The website doesn't tell you this it's in 2 halves so moves all over the rear. When I stated all of the above they just ignored me. Overall very disappointed

VW transporter premium full sized front…

VW transporter premium full sized front mat. Very poor fit as it sat skewed not lining up with the edges in the van, heel pad stitched on at an angle, whole thing looked like **** when compared to the one I was replacing (made by Rugs for Bugs).
Customer services responded but were unwilling to admit there was any problem, even when I sent them photos showing them the poor fitment, no pride in their work .
I made the mistake of not reading trust reviews before buying.
Politely requested a return address to send them back at my expense so they could see how shoddy it was but they did not reply.
They are not vat registered so not a big turnover business.
Threw the £45 mat into the bin.
Avoid.

Appalling experience with this outfit

Appalling experience with this outfit. They were recommended by The institute of Advanced Motorists and I ordered 2 sets of mats as Christmas presents for my children.
When only 1 set arrived, I enquired about the missing set and was told they should have arrived together and the missing items would be chased.
After 2 weeks I had an email saying Yodel stated 2 sets were delivered from the weight recorded and they would not issue a refund.
I'm unsure if their lack of care with their delivery provider or their lack of trust in their customers is worse. I am out of pocket and my daughter has no mats.
