Best equipment I've ever bought for my car
I have to be honest I was sceptical when I first saw it advertised as although I thought it looked awesome I have been conned so many times. Then I saw the car tablet in my son in laws car and ad he is extremely high up in a very well known tech firm I knew it was safe to buy. I absolutely love it as it it easy to use and it's just amazing. My only problem is mounting it as the window mount isn't good as nothing to rest tablet on. I have a BMW 1 series 2016 and there is no where to put it. I purchased a holder paying £35 but that won't hold it. Anyway if anyone is looking to purchase one I assure you that you won't be disappointed. Thank you

I had a minor issue with the screen on…
I had a minor issue with the screen on my car tablet 10.6. I emailed one day I got a response the next day and I sent them some pictures which is fine and understandable. Within that week they advise me that a new one was on the way and to install it and let them know how it went. I haven’t had a chance to install it yet, but I’m sure it’s gonna be fine. Very good customer service all the way around with good follow up.

Don’t buy anything from these con artists.
Screen stopped working properly within two weeks. They then made me email back and forth and send videos as proof for two weeks after asking for a refund.
They then spent a week trying to persuade me to take a replacement with 30% off. Obviously o refused cos this is a worthless product. Now they’re saying in order to get a refund I have to return it with the original film on the screen, which nobody would keep for anything. They are obviously doing this to thousands of people. Scumbags.

Need to stock longer camera leads…
I drive a Long Wheel Base Mercedes sprinter van, I installed the reversing camera but unfortunately the lead to connect the camera to the cartablet wasn’t long enough. I spoke with customer services and after a lengthy conversation to and fro the result was they do not stock any 2.5mm AUX extenders. I managed to purchase a 3m extension from Amazon for £14.99 and this has solved the problem. (Do not purchase anything longer as the power drop will not let the camera park) the customer team are helpful and FI send me a 10m camera but as I’d already installed mine it was to much to remove and install plus I doubt that would of also reached as the van is 7m in length. My advice to cartablet is make a 15m Length camera for longer vehicles or stack some extenders.
