The best customer service I've ever come across. The CarTablet itself is a great bit of kit, it's easy to install and even easier to use. I did have a problem with the power cable but after emailing Tom a new cable was sent straight away.
My CarTablet is installed in my motorhome and works a treat. Looking forward to having the reversing camera installed.

The CarTablet is working great. Screen is large and bright, and the Wireless CarPlay works well with our 2017 Toyota Tundra. Even the steering wheel controls and Bluetooth phone calls are working great.

I bought two tablets at different times had a problem with one and it was exchanged for another new unit
Great service and very happy with both in my two older cars
I find the best way to use them is Bluetooth from your phone to the unit then used a clear fm frequency to pick up the signal from the unit on your old car radio to used the car speakers

Good Day. I got one for mwife Christmas present last year it worked for 5 Day and it switched off not to come on again. So as the advisor I sent a email to the customer service team and I was told to get a USB type C cable and try it out.
So try it and it worked but when my wife went on a 3 hour drive to see her grandkids in Plymouth it stopped working after 40 minutes not to come back on. So I sent another email to Customer service department I was now to take a short video of the problem.
After a lot of back and forth sent the video only to be told to send another video.
In a nutshell this product is not fit for purpose. If it doesn't work with it own equipment why should I have a buy a USB-TO-C and a plug.
Please don't get one for these car tablets.

Emailed Car Tablet regarding my AV cable for the reverse camera, a photo was requested and sent of the AV cable I had which was incorrect fitting.
A new av cable was immediately supplied and dispatched to myself here in the UK.
100% service and communication.

Order number #9107959 This is the email I wrote on 02/03/2026 and they still haven’t got back to me absolutely dreadful service I definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever but this is the email I wrote : Hi I’m just emailing to say I’d like to return my car tablet for a full refund due to it not meeting the standards that are advertised , it doesn’t have 4K recording capabilities and also doesn’t have access to all the apps it apparently should and lastly the speaker quality when connected to my car is dreadful plus it doesn’t connect properly with Bluetooth (my car does have Bluetooth capabilities to connect) and also another problem is when I put the SD card in it doesn’t fit in properly to the connectors for it to registers I have to push the SD card in and as soon as I let go it stops detecting it , the product definitely does not meet the standards it should also screen mirroring is very temperamental and I can’t use it even though my phone is connected I have to fully disconnect my phone which then causes connectivity issues between my phone and my car when trying to hook it all back up again so as I stared at the start of like to send it back and get a full refund as I’m well within the 100 days I plugged it in and instantly disconnected it thank you in advance

The product, once arrived, is excellent.
Shipping time was nearly two weeks, which was unexpectedly slow, but has not affected my rating of the kit once it finally arrived!
Set up instructions are excellent, packaging is excellent, the set up process is straightforward.
The display is clear, bright and even works in dark mode at night time driving which I was not expecting.
My car is a 2015 Vauxhall / GM saloon with bluetooth and USB media port.
The supplied memory card was faulty, however Therese at customer care sorted out a replacement process which was quick and fair.
Couple of niggles, to remove the memory card when the display is mounted on the dashboard adaptor is very fiddly. It would be better if the slot was at the top of the unit I would think.
The dashboard adaptor could be better, I would have preferred a quick release mechanism to easily remove and replace the unit. My adaptor is now broken where I had to fiddle with it too much to get the unit off the dash to replace the memory card with the new one.
I have refashioned the dash adaptor to a point but it's not quite as it was when new. The supplied windscreen adaptor is good, but my cabin dashboard does not make it as useful to use as the dash adapter as it blocks more visibility.
I would hope for a better dashboard adaptor and maybe memory card access is on the next version, but these are really not deal breakers right now for this model, as it is excellent value for money as is, and so far, after well over a month of use, has worked flawlessly.
In summary, order with confidence, it should not disappoint.

So I ordered this tablet as a Instagram advertised deal for $99 during the Christmas season, and initially I got updates on the delivery on the Shop app and it never delivered. I figured it was a scam but when I reached out about the delivery over email, the support team they have reached out instantly and promised to remedy the issue. So I just provided the order number and they kept updating me with the progress on the order via email every time there was a change. I probably have a dozen emails from them about the order, with them trying to intimately ensure great service up until the delivery. So four stars because I didn’t get the order seamlessly, but they did a great job to remedy that.

Jana is amazing and should be congratulated every day for such work. Even the founder wrote me. I received my item faulty not working and have been sending emails everyday for over a month and all I get is send us a video, after sending over 10 videos showing the tablet doesn’t work I still have a tablet that won’t turn on. Website states 100 day moneyback. Free returns so why have I not been offered this. Would give zero if I could 🤬

Just received my CarTablet and it looks great on my Subaru Legacy 2009. The tablet was really easy to install (don't trust those who say that is challenging) and works how it should work. Has a fast respons to autoconnect my Iphone with carplay, the dashcam camera has a good quality. It needed a few hours to calibrate all the apps, specilly Maps, Google Maps or Waze (navigation sistem) and was lagging in the beginning but after a few hours all good. Still has some minimal lagging problems sometimes but I hope after a few weeks of use all will set down. I did not buy the rear camera so idk about it.
Leaving only 4 start and not 5 because I will need some weeks to test it fully and then I will be back with a more accurate review.
Reccomended for an old car, good upgrade.
