Chill Nest 

I placed my order in December 25, originally saying it would be delivered within 3-5 days. It still hasn't arrived. I took into account the busy Christmas period. The tracking link does not appear to work. I emailed for an update in January, and I still have not had a reply. I have emailed again today & the email is coming back as not being able to deliver.

Order never received. Emails not answered. Website doesn’t work no more. Total scam. Will have to see if bank can recover money. Avoid at all costs.

A total scam. No responses to emails. Ordered weeks before Xmas. The Link to the order and tracking information no longer exists and now shows an error page. Reported to my Bank to raise a dispute and get money back

If I could rate this company and my experience as a zero I would have. I ordered the chill nest on 9th December and it is 14th February now, still no delivery, I’ve sent 5 emails and filled out 3 online forms and there has been no response from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM

SCAMMERS!!!!! Ordered as christmas presents on the 8th of December on buy one get one free deal. Still no sign of them on the 13th of February. Nothing arrived and not answering messages - website is now down. DO NOT BUY THESE!!

Order placed 12/6/26 and as of this review on 2/12/26 it has not been received and zero response from customer service. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID.

I ordered on the 5th Dec from their instagram page, I chased several times and never once got a reply. They have basically stolen my money. Their Instagram page is now empty of posts and the website is down. Thieves.

Ordered December 10th, and allegedly arrived with courier by the 12th. Item never received. It’s now February 10th after multiple emails which were initially replied to using AI, the support email address is now returning emails. SCAM!

Never received my product and they never responded to several emails sent.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Shocking, scam. I wish I knew before ordering, item late, doesn’t work, not at described. Emailed multiple times to just get ignored

I ordered on 4/12 & still not arrived. The tracking link has now expired and the company are not responding to my emails now I have requested a refund. These were meant to be fun christmas gifts for daughter and friend. They took my money on 4/2 so have done a charge back with my credit card company awaiting answers. Feeling let down and out of pocket! Wish I ordered fron trusty amazon!

i ordered on the 15/12 and have not yet received my order. The website doesn’t load now. I’m thinking chillnest is a con.

I ordered in Dec for Xmas I had hoped , however the tracking information was not updated. The chillnest did not arrive . I made two enquiries with Chillnest to inform them that the nest didn't arrive. I had no response both times. Do not buy from this company . Absolute con . Very frustrating they have taken my money .

Ordered on 14 December but, as of 9 February, it hasn't been received. They advised me on 1 January they were experiencing delays due to high numbers of orders but I've heard nothing since. Now the website seems to no longer exist so I'm not expecting a refund although I have requested one.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 11th dec and now fed 2026 and still nothing. Got the run around saying on its way when chasing it up, asked for a refund and still got told on its way cant give refund. Emailed again and requested refund and now radio silence no responses what so ever.

If I could give no stars I would. I order on Dec 4th and it’s Feb and still haven’t gotten my order or a response from the contact email. I’ve email 4x and nothing. Now if you go to the site it’s not available! Definitely got scammed

I echo what others are saying. Ordered in November 2025, still waiting in February 2026. Responsed to one email blaming Christmas delivery delays and now ignoring emails. Wish you could leave a no star review. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Item never arrived - it’s a scam.

I ordered these in December with that buy one get one sale and got the email confirming I bought them but that's all I have forgot they have not shipped I have not heard from the company nothing.
