I have tryed contacting them about my device i have not seen it or heard from the probably a scam scum bags
Very few instructions. Product broke after two nights. Customer service responds, but does nothing.
Don't waste your money
It is not suitable for anything other than very mild apnea, The company do not honor their 60 day guarantee and do not respond to e mails.
The product supplied by them to me was similar but a different make.
Total Rubbish
Terrible customer service! I am very disappointed with ComfyLab, as a company. I have repeatedly sent emails about getting a return address to send the PulseAir back, since September 5, 2015. I have not yet to receive a return address or a response. I have notified my credit card to work with me to get the return address and to get this refunded.
This product doesn’t work. The vibration actually impairs your sleep. Then to top it all off, they don’t stand behind their product at all. They never respond to emails and if they do, they offer less than the full price of the product. They are horrible! Do not buy this!
Do not buy from them. The products do not work and they ignore refund requests even though they state that there is a 60 day guarantee.
Scam is what it is!! No answer anymore on email!! No address to return their shitty non working antisnoring scam device to on their homepage!! Don’t buy this shit Warning Warning!!!
Same experience as most people. I was willing to give it a long term try. But there were only a few patches included. I tried to order more via email and no response to numerous emails. Stay away from this product.
Device did not work and company will not respond to requests for refund per their 60 day guarantee.
No response from any of my emails sent . See other comments .beware and stay clear
Website states full refund if not 100% satisfied. The product worked for 1 night and won't charge again and I cannot get refund from them. They responded to 1 email and are now ignoring me
I think this is not a legitimate business and a fraud/scam. Received my product and when I tried to contact the 2 emails they have listed for refund/return, no reponse. Beware and do not purchase from this website.
Got the device for comfy labs, used one night and it won’t recharge and get no response from website/customer service.
So far I think it’s a scam. I placed my order July 20. I changed my mind and asked to cancel my order July 23. I’ve been sending follow up emails since and still have never received any emails from the beyond the one I got when I first placed the order. I am very concerned. I discovered the company from an ad on Facebook but surprisingly the company doesn’t have an actual Facebook page.
