Employees can’t transcribe account numbers correctly
Approved my application then proceeded to make a literal typo with the payment to the real estate so it went into the wrong account. I am still waiting on the real estate being paid as they rudely only says they’ll try get it right this time with today’s run. Did not even receive an apology. Will never use again and wish there was an early payout option as I no longer trust this company.

This was the easiest process for anything I have signed up to!
Within an hour I had approval, customer service were amazing talking me through the next steps, and it was all done and dusted within 24 hours from my initial application through to funds being paid for the bond.
Highly recommend this as it was a breeze and took all of the stress out of paying my bond! :)

I was charged an extra instalment!!
I was charged an extra instalment, tried to contact numerous times to have the instalment refunded to my account however all operators where “busy” when I phoned and my emails weren’t answered. Not happy with this at all.

As discussed, it appears the error has been made on the bank's side and we have offered to assist resolving this issue, by requesting verified bank transaction data or by contacting your bank on your behalf, which you have not wanted to proceed with.
We will continue to work with you, and your bank to resolve this issue and here for your support.
Hopefully a resolution can be provided by your bank to verify the transaction in question and bring this to a close.
