Terrible. Forms had mistakes on them, which I needed to correct. I also wanted to add a couple more items which I did not include when I filled in the online form. However, the forms I received WERE NOT EDITABLE!! Totally useless. I ended up just downloading all the forms myself from the court website, and re-doing all of them.
Everything was awesome: received my paperwork, filed with the court using the instructions from you. Yesterday got divorced. Thank you guys, I would recommend your service to my friend!

Guys, I want to share with my experience how I got the divorce through online service. That was very hard for me to separate with my husband but that’s was the necessary step for both of us we have been married for the past 7 years. And I started looking for a different solution instead of a lawyer because that’s was too expensive for me. I found a couple of websites I am not gonna mention them because I already left a feedback on their pages. And I tell you more I have paid for those companies for their services but as a result, I canceled it because of their horrible services and luck of expeiaenc. But that’s not what I wanna tell you when I went through getdivorceonline.com they were much more helpful and understandable I filled out all the forms in 1 hour and made some changes after I had submitted them and it hasn't been a problem they have changed my forms in 20 min with the new answers( I wanted to check them😊 because previous company had a problem with that and had a horrible service) and now I can highly recommended these guys they know what they are doing! Highly professional guys and actually they have helped me more than even prepared my divorce forms.

Lack of timeliness, divorce decree denied in court
Unfortunately, I am leaving one of my first bad reviews of a company. I truly wish I'd gone with a different site. The formatting was off on several of my forms so that they weren't readable and had to be corrected. The forms are also riddled with typos but the site said correcting the typos would forfeit the guarantee. I paid extra to have my forms expedited and it took longer than the 30 minutes, plus the forms were not formatted in a way I could submit (two paragraphs overlapping). I didn't receive corrected forms until the next day and they skirted my demand for a refund. When I finally filed my final decree it was denied because of a county-specific requirement. I asked for help on this and they asked me trivial questions that showed they knew less about how to file than I do. I can't speak for everyone getting a divorce but I know I feel a sense of urgency to have this process finished, and this website isn't sharing my urgency.

Thank you for sharing your experience. First of all please accept our apologies for the situation you've faced, I wish we could help you, but it is not recommended to use any online service for cases with family violence (the name is not shown on review, so your privacy will not be affected). I will address each point you've mentioned.
1. Top Priority service. The forms were prepared within 30 minutes, as promised. There is a chance that the notification email was delivered later, we cannot control the email delivery timeframe, but we guarantee that the forms were uploaded on time.
2. Formatting. Yes, we had this problem and we are sorry for that. After the update forms were not designed to include big amounts of text from customer's answers and that was our fault. Everything has been fixed first thing in the morning (as we received your request after our business hours). As discussed via email the forms did not have typos and everything on the forms as per state's requirements and correct.
3. County specific form. We did prepare the whole packet, which is accepted in the whole state. However, some counties may require additional forms or have specific requirements. We did not refuse to help you with that, but you stated that family violence should be included, which we cannot do. First, our forms are supposed to simplify the process and in some states we do only no-fault divorce. Second, family violence is a serious issue and in most cases requires an attorney. We do recommend hiring a lawyer if family violence is an issue and needs to be included.
Again, I am sorry that we cannot help you with specific requirements.
Good service for low price. Could find several other websites offering the same price (or a few dollars more expensive), but liked this website more and decided to give a shot. Everything was good and I never needed to contact support. Now I am divorced in NY.
