Return/Refund experience
I received the order in a timely fashion, but when I received it, the panties just weren't the right size. I contacted the company, explaining that I'd only tried on 1 (they're packaged 3 to a bag) and that the rest of the panties in that bag as well as the other bags (I took advantage of a multi-pack offer) were untouched and in their original packaging.
Their initial response: "Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry the items didn’t meet your expectations. We’d like to offer a 50% refund, and there’s no need to return the items. Please note that we do not provide a shipping label."
I replied: "A 50% refund is better than nothing, but I was hoping for a full refund on the packages I haven’t even opened."
They emailed back that they already refunded 60% of my original payment.
