Excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size bra, and the company made the exchange process incredibly easy.
They didn't even require me to return the original bras-they simply sent me the correct size right away. The bras are high quality, comfortable, and well-made. I ordered for two of the women in our house. The sizes for the 1st fitted perfectly. The sizes for the 2nd, not so much. What was fantastic is how the team responded to the "bad" fits. Back and forth to determine not just the next steps, but also questions to try to understand what wasn't fitting where to get the right size! I bought bra from this company under a “buy 2, get 3 free” promotion. When the bra arrived, I carefully hand-washed it before use. I also ordered a bra with a front lock/zipper system.
Unfortunately, after just three days of use, the zipper/lock on that bra broke.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails—at least seven—but I have not received any response to my issue. This has been very disappointing, especially considering the lack of customer service when there is a problem.
What I also find striking is that they are very quick to ask for reviews on Trustpilot. I received follow-up messages within hours encouraging me to leave a review. So when they want feedback, they respond very quickly, but when there is damage or a complaint, they simply do not reply at all.
Overall, I find this experience very disappointing due to the poor durability of the product and the complete lack of response to customer support requests.

Great bras & great customer service
There bras fit great! I just had to return a few as I was figuring out what style I liked. They were very helpful and generous as they helped me figure out how to exchange a couple of my items.
My only change would be to make the return or exchange process a little simpler and more clear on how to start a return, but there customer service is great!

Awful company, avoid like the plague!
Awful company. Impossible to actually get refunded for any returns. I ordered several bras and the sizing was so variable, none of them fit. Poor quality and did not meet the descriptions. The total cost was just over £61 (with their special discount deals!). I had to send multiple emails to actually have the returns "allowed" and then when they were, I was told I would have to pay postage to send them to the Netherlands! This was nearly £15. I used a fully tracked & signed for service and I now can see that after arriving in the Netherlands the package has not been accepted on delivery to the company address. So now it is classed as missing in the post system, it is impossible to get compensation as it does not fall under this country's regulations and I have lost over £76! Absolute sham of a company, avoid like the plague unless you want to also lose significant amounts of money!

I finally found a bra that works for ME!
I ordered when the buy two, get three sale was running. Even with the sale it was more than I buy for a bra, especially since I was completely unfamiliar with the company in general aside from their great advertising on Facebook. However, the inclusivity of the A cup crowd impressed me as I always find that this size in stores are too narrow for my frame as I am wide chested but a small A or B. I measured myself and used their sizing tools online and crossed my fingers for a good fit. Upon arrival they fit perfectly! Held me in all of the way across my chest, gave me a little cleavage(!), the fabric was so smooth and comfortable and I’m overall super pleased. One bra had a defect making it unusable but costumer service was quick to get me a replacement sent. I’ve saved my biggest woe for the end: shipping time. In the days of Amazon and next day delivery, international shipping was a drag. If Cherries can improve in this area, if even possible, I’ll likely order again!

I had a great experience purchasing bras and bathing suits from Getfitcherries. The quality was very nice and I was happy with the fit. I bought 2 bras that I needed a larger size (36 rather than 34) and customer service through email helped me out great which was one concern I had about buying. It's great to have some bras now that feel and look great!

I was helped nicely, quick response and a good solution when I had a too small size. The bikinis are of good quality, fit very nicely and finally have beautiful breasts in a bikini. Definitely recommended, but I would check exactly what size you need, measure well, because in my opinion the bikinis are slightly smaller than you think

This is the second time I have ordered bras from cherries and absolutely love them. As a small framed female the anytime seamless bras fit perfectly. I needed to return 2 racer back bras which were slightly too big. After a couple of emails this was sorted with no issues. I would definitely recommend cherries for us smaller framed ladies
