Fantastic Customer Service
Paris was fast, responsive, and helped me resolve my issues. Fleshy’s products are overall amazing, but there was 1 in particular that I wasn’t so happy with, but customer service was immediately on it and refunded me for that specific product. Fleshy Pro Does Not Work Effectively
The Fleshy Pro Masterbation Toy for Men is a bad investment. If your penis is larger than 4" long and 2 fingers in width, it will not fit because it is made way too small and I feel the electronics are made poorly and the entire unit does not work effectively. Returns are not accepted once the seal has been opened on the outer packaging and purchasing a XL sleeve for an additional $25 does not fix the problem... Total Rip Off!!!

I received a defective product and contacted customer service. I explained the problem to Paris, who then asked me to send a video showing the malfunction. I sent the video earlier today, and she has already arranged to send me a replacement product, at no expense to me.
