What a fabulous experience with Getfloorsonline.com, Daniel their sales associate was amazing super easy to work with and went above and beyond to get us the best price and delivery date.
The flooring arrived on time and in perfect condition packaged very well.
I highly recommend this company.

I ordered some flooring on line. They called me and said the order had been canceled because they couldn’t get the product. Then Gerard from Flooring Bros called and said they could get it and had me sign another document. Then they charged me for two orders and I only needed the one original order. They refused to take the product back or even apologize for the mix up on their side. The best they could do was say they would refund $500, not even worth it. Buyer be warned!! They are scam artists.

I was a bit nervous about ordering flooring online but was able to save a third of the total cost. I dealt with Daniel Allain and had a great experience. Terrible experience. Little to no responses, and after a MONTH they finally sent me an email after I emailed them over and over. They assured me the floor would be delivered before a job then it was weeks late. I had to purchase some floor elsewhere to start the job and they now want $728 to ship it back and restock the extra. Do not recommend to anyone.

I tried to order flooring to match what was in a current rental property a couple of years ago and could not seem to find anyone to help me locate it. A week ago I tried the old number I had one more time and Jason Jenson not only picked up, but helped me order the exact matching flooring at a terrific price! Great experience...will definitely keep his number for future projects.

I had a best purchase experience with the Best salesman in the State of Florida his name is Jason.He answered my calls after hours and was available any time I called.After some negotiation we agreed on the price about 15,000. For engineered hardwood floor, I called several other dealers, but nobody could bit his price and he delivered the materials within a week. I have been looking for some laminate panels to go on my bathroom wall behind the double sinks. I have spent many hours online searching different sites. I finally found exactly what I was looking for on this site and filled in a form to get more information. I received a phone call from a gentleman named Daniel who was most helpful and helped me figure out the square footage and how much it would cost. Unfortunately, the cost was above my budget and I was unable to purchase this item much to my disappointment. The next day I received an email from a gentleman thanking me for contacting them and asking if I had any more questions and just doing perfect customer relations. I appreciated the phone call from Daniel and I appreciate it even more the follow-up email not many companies will do that You don't buy from them they do not bother with you anymore after that. This company certainly knows how to treat customers and I will definitely keep them on the list if ever I need something in the line of flooring.

I shopped around for a while for tile on our new house. Get Floors had the best price- ordering was easy and all my orders came in perfectly. Jason eaten helped to lower shipping costs by researching best location to get my tile from. I would definitely recommend them for your tile needs.

Jason went above and beyond to find our flooring that was out of production and even with shipping was at a better rate then local suppliers. Delivery was on time with communication. We will definitely be using this company again.

We choose to order on line as the prices were lower. I am glad we did. The shipping was handled well, lots of communication. When delivered, the driver was courteous and made an extra effort to place the shipment in our garage. Everything was well packed and looked great.

In the beginning we loved get floors online. We ordered our floors from you at a HIGHER price because you confirmed that the material was in stock.

We were NOT notified until several days later that the material was backordered without a definite date for delivery. It is now costing us more money for the contractor to re-mobilize as we could not give them a delivery date. We would have highly recommended you if you did NOT give us a false lead. We still do not know when we will get the product

This review is long overdue! I ordered 1250 sq. feet of COREtec Originals Premium 7 in Reserve Oak in the beginning of December 2024. I cancelled the next day due to reading bad reviews and my uncertainty if the company was a scam. The owner, Gerald Cuozzo called me back and personally guaranteed that I would receive my order and that I did indeed order from a legit business. I held my breath. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the product I received and the timeline it was shipped. My contractor installed the LVP and I am thrilled at the result.

Frank- he was friendly, fast and efficient. He ensured all my needs were met and made sure I was a satisfied customer. I would gladly use your company again for all our flooring needs.

Bought tile (1000sq ft of 24"x24" matte flooring) through getfloorsonline.com. Chris Cort was our main man! He was knowledgeable and resourceful. We got samples quickly, he worked with our timeline and ensured a safe financial transaction. The product is great quality, made in the USA, and looks beautiful! We were even able to cut shipping cost by picking up ourselvs. Would highly recommend and we will use again if needed. Thanks again Chris!
