This product doesn't work. My dog still has fleas on her. I'm sorry I wasted so much money on this product. It's been over a week and still fleas on my dog.

Appreciated the very very quick responses from both emails I sent. There was definite care in the emails the Glisson wrote. Which I appreciated. I I am super excited to try these products. I've never put anything toxic on my dogs or cat. I would prefer them go with nothing versus the chemicals. So this is a super cool. I sure hope it works!

FurLife is amazing! One of my tags came broken and leaking the oil and I threw it away not thinking. FurLife reached out to me and I told them what happened, the next email they sent me a tracking number to send my fur baby a new one.. I was not expecting that at all, I just figured I would order a new one eventually. I ordered 3 total 1 for each one of my fur babies and the other 2 work amazing. Here in Texas flies, mosquitoes,cats, fleas and ticks are a big issue and they haven't had none this product works wonderful, I dont like giving my dogs flea and tick pills because they are to harsh on the kidneys and liver, so this product is a must have if you feel the same. It does have a strong smell at first but it goes away in a day.. I really have to say Thank you to customer service for going above and beyond it really means alot...
Great product and customer service
Great product and even greater customer service. A few of the rubber loops that attach the product to the collars broke and Jeanne immediately sent me replacements.
My cats aren't scratching nearly as much as they used to and its only been 2 months.
Doesn’t work
One collar lost the pendant in it that has the but repellent in only a few weeks. I just pulled a tick off of my other dog that was right next to the collar and it’s been on her less than 2 months and it’s supposed to last 12. Tried to reach out to support and never received anything.

Terrible replacement policy
I have used Furlife products for several years and was very pleased. However, in Decembet 2025, I bought one of the flea tags that is supposed to last a year. After just 4 months, this tag started dripping out the sides and soaked my dogs collar. I wrote to the company and asked for a replacement . I received a nice email back stating they would not replace it, but offered me a discount.on another one. These are not cheap and should last for a year as advertised. I am very very disappointed .

I was skeptical at first but I bought one for both of my dogs. My one doxie tends to attract ticks way more than my other one and I've been finding them all over her. I recently found one on her neck, right where the tag sits completely dead. Its legs were breaking off when I tried to remove it. I will absolutely be back to grab more. Amazing product!

I made a mistake ordering and found out it was okay. Mat informed me that the cat flea/tick tag would be okay on our dogs as it’s pretty much the same ingredients and same time span. I was thankful I didn’t have to fuss with doing a return and waiting for new tags. Shows that customer service does exist these days. I was very appreciative and thankful.

I had issues with my Fur Life products. I contacted Fur Life and with in 24 hrs, we were able to come to a mutual solution with the help of Glisson and Julia. I hope to be a customer for years to come. I like the concept of no chemicals when it comes to my boy'z health!
