Unprofessional company
Customer service lacks.... endless promises of a callback. Paid for a service that hasnt happened.... Get Gas Safe NOT SUBMITTED anything to the awarding body LCL Awards.... checked with them today.... sat assessments first week June 2026...!!
Update: The response from Katie at Get Gas Safe is factually incorrect and unprofessional..! She falsely claims my qualifications were expired when I attended. My qualifications did not expire until the end of June, meaning I was fully qualified at the time of attendance. I hold clear, written proof of these dates. Instead of addressing a legitimate service issue, the company has chosen to misrepresent the facts to mislead future customers. Do NOT use this company.
