I started this real estate hunt with no knowledge of how the process worked in South Africa. Get Go Loans had a secret weapon, and her name is Adelle Kriel!!! I found her through an agent I was in contact with, Never worked with that agent, but I asked Adelle to come along in the next deal I was trying to get, after she took the time to teach me about the market on our first conversation. She talked to me like we knew each other for years, and that made me trust her. She was patient, diligent, informative and professional and most of all, fully transparent with me, and got me exactly the deal I needed at the banks. And they don’t charge ANY FEES for this service, ni commissions!!! I don’t know why everyone don’t use bond originators when trying to buy a house, you’ll know exactly what you can afford, and also how much you will pay for your bond before the banks even send you your offers. And Adelle get paid regardless so there’s no pressure or obligations. No credit checks, just a professional friends with a heart of a teacher.

If you feel nervous about buying a house, or any investment property, Adelle Kriel is the person you need to call. There was no emotional rollercoasters or buyers remorse, she walked with me every step of the way like a friend would, I am happy I got to build a professional relationship with her and her organization. Adelle the agent who helped me was fantastic! Always communicative about every single thing even when she would be in meetings. That alone earns her 5 stars in my book. She fought tooth and nail for a better rate with the banks and even helped me out with appointment at home affairs to get a document i didnt think id be able to get fast enough to supply with my application and on top of it all got a exceptional offer from the bank which i didnt expect at all.
