Efficient and Seamless Service!

As always, Adelle and the team made the process seamless. They make it clear with what's required to ensure there's no back and forth. Clear and concise communication.

My wife and I were introduced to Adelle on a Friday evening after our bond fell through midway through a bond registration process (through no fault of our own). We were in jeopardy of losing our deal and to make matters worse we were less than 7 days away from move in date - causing anxiety for both us and the sellers. Adelle jumped straight into action on a FRIDAY NIGHT and worked tirelessly through the weekend and was ready to submit as soon as the banks opened Monday morning. She kept us updated through every step of the process and helped and gave advice where needed (and we needed a lot)! Adelle went to battle for us and has never met us, not to be overdramatic but she has literally changed our immediate future for the better.
