Where do I even begin, Or even try to describe this emotion….
So long story short my offer to purchase was amended quite a few times during my bond application, from being subject to selling to taking a second bond to second bond plus rental income.
It was not an easy journey AT ALL. Lots of back and forth and dealing with the fear of the unknown, anxiously waiting on feedback from the banks.
In the early days things looked up a week later it hit a low and by the second week we hit rock bottom and things were definitely not looking good for our application. Sadly the banks were not taking the rental income into consideration and we didn’t qualify anymore. Between week one and two there was already two declines from all banks and at this point new purchasers were contacted because a backup was needed.

Mentally my husband and I had prepared ourselves to stay at our current home work on debt and try again later down the line, however while we were giving up and moving on our Guardian Angel did not , she pushed and pushed and pushed some more not resting for a second not accepting or taking no for an answer. My entire office was telling me its ok, better is down the line. NO says my guardian angel NOW is your time. Two days after receiving our bad news I get a call from my guardian angel to inform me that FNB has given me a final grant on my application for 100% Bond.

Wait WHAT????????? Indeed you are reading correct, 100% bond after receiving two declines from them.
