Tyler was great,offered approach and tools I haven’t used in a while.

we used them years ago but cancelled our service with them. then they reached out years after to see if we wanted to use them again not knowing that they never cancelled our service and were still taking our money. at that time I told them that if they refunded our money or used it towards the future bills we would use them again. they declined so I declined to work with them and asked them once again to cancel. recently we got a renewal notice and realized once again they didn't cancel us. so I reached out again and asked them to cancel. they sent an email saying in order to cancel a 5 min phone conversation was needed. I called the number and nobody answered and I got a voicemail in which I threatened to bring a lawyer in the mix. never got a response. I also emailed them twice since asking if they had cancelled our service. no response. my advice for anyone considering using them, don't do it. horrible customer service and terrible work ethic.

Paid over 3k to offer financing to my customers for a year. Nobody wanted it because the rates are high. Never got a job because of this company. They spam my email, always trying to sell additional services like AI receptionist and other things I don't need. They charged my card for a second year for more than 3k again. I called immediately and they got upset that I was upset and got hung up on me by some guy with a heavy accent.
