Excellent customer service- well done
Very quick response to my enquiry and a very reasonable quotation for my equipment. Once accepted the labels were emailed and I was able to pack everything and arrange shipping. Despite a problem when the carrier delivered one of two parcels to the wrong destination Whybuynew undertook to resolve the issue and even before receiving the second package paid me in full. Excellent customer service - well done.
