These are an absolute scam. Their website states a 90 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. But when we received the (transparent material) leggings and found they weren't suitable, the requested refund was denied, on "hygiene" grounds. We pointed out their stated guarantee, and now they have stopped responding. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Big scam
Big scam. Although they guarantee a full refund if you're not satisfied, when I got mine today and I didn't try them on, I just opened the package and checked the size with a leggings pair of mine, they informed me that the won't give me my refund although I explained everything. Hygene reasons... Really?

Guess I was the unlucky one….
I’m unsure why there are so many positive reviews… the leggings I received are garbage.
Firstly, they took five weeks to arrive. When I tried to get a status on the shipment, they only responded when I made a public social media post.
When the leggings arrived, I was so excited. I put them on and instantly felt defeated. There’s no way these do what they say they do. Yes, I bought the right size. The pattern is there that the compression should work but these feel like I’m wearing tights, they’re so thin. If I had sized down, they’d have been see through when I put them on.
So then I try to return because there’s supposed to be a 90 day return policy, after all. Nope. I couldn’t even get through to anyone. I called, I tried social media, I tried emailing and I’ve been ghosted.
To wrap it up, I’d love to have had the experience the other reviewers had but I didn’t. I usually discount the really great reviews and the really bad reviews to find the truth in the middle. I can assure you, I paid the money and wanted these to work.

I purchased 2 pair of the compression leggings based on their website recommendation. I tried one pair on when I received them and there was no compression. I reached out one day later and asked for a return and refund. They came back a day later and said due to hygiene reasons they can not offer either. Their website says

Ionix not honoring their 90 day return policy as seen on the Shop app
I placed an order with Ionix for five items. Order number ORD-74X19948. I followed their guide for my size and 4/5 were too big for me so I emailed them as they have a 90 day return policy. They replied they can’t, don’t, and won’t accept my unused purchase to be returned or exchanged. I’ve emailed Shop about this as it is fraudulent advertising!! I will also notify the BBB tomorrow and find everywhere I’m able to write a review.

I still have no received my second order. They are making it seem like i didn’t order two sets. So disappointed that this company works like this. I sent pictures of what i ordered and my two transactions and not even that was enough. They stole money because i never received my second order.

I ordered 3 pairs of leggings in XL and received 1 in XL and 2 small. I have made now 5 attempts to get support only to exchange them for a different size.
Nobody will text me back and give me a address to send them back, any customer support or even acknowledge my inquiries. This has gone on for several weeks now and nothing.
How could anyone get a 90 day refund if I can’t even get a response for an exchange??? I say it’s a scam !!

Great feeling leggings
Love the leggings. I have bought four pair so far. The second two I bought a size smaller to fit a little snugger. The only down size is for us big booty girls they have a tendency to pull down in the back at the waist. I also advise don't buy wanting them tomorrow because they take a while to come.

Shit Company
This company is an absolute joke. Do not get scammed. The product is crappy and when you get it and you want to return it even though they say there’s a 90 day guarantee return money paid in full back to you if you don’t like their product they write you and say I’m sorry due to hygiene problems  you cannot return the leggings. We cannot except returns. Thank you for your understanding. Legally, this goes against the contract between advertising and the consumer what is wrong with you guys?

I have 4 pairs in different colours and wear them every day as they are so comfortable and make my legs look so much better. I have worn them under jeans as well as on their own. I have currently lost 122lb with another 32 lb to lose so will purchase again in a smaller size next time

I just received my leggings a few weeks ago and I love them. It took a bit to receive them. I will be purchasing more for everyday wear. I love the comfortability and feel on my skin. My legs are smoothing and toning. I bought two hoping they would help me smooth and tone more as I lose weight after a weightloss surgery. I think these leggings are currently working well for me. I hope they last a long time. So, far so good!
