Just like everyone else. Ordered two months ago and never received anything. I waisted $138 😟

I feel so dum and cheated! Never got my order nor correct information if they bother to reply!

Good i have a lower for such a things who makes sure i get my money back!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I've did an order in december 2019, still waiting for something.. no news until now.

‘Zero’ star should be an option. Quite honestly, I’ve never dealt with a worse company. I’ve never been so frustrated trying to simply get my order, nevermind trying to resolve an issue once bought.

I ordered my 2 Kraftguns in 1st December 2019 and after months and months of frustrating, lack lustre and almost non existent communication (you only get a response after 3-4 emails) I received my order on 5th May 2020. Over 5 months for delivery!!!

They originally said on their site it may take 1-2 months due to backlog and supply chain, which I accepted. But never did I expect such a protracted and terrible experience. All communication was vague, they never answered my very direct questions about arrival times and dates, they would just respond with generic, templated and almost robotic answers

When the order finally arrived, Lo and behold they only sent one of the two Kraft guns, classic! 5 months of waiting only for them to get my order wrong, their ineptitude knows nothing bounds...

I then complained asking for the rest of my ordered and I think there were probably 7-8 different iterations of back and forth of them giving a mix of answers such as - ‘oh super glad to hear you got your first gun, fin’, ‘oh wow, I hope the product is good I’ll get the next one shipped to you ASAP (but not give any indication of when)’ and my personal favourite - and by favourite I mean I wanted to disregard any social distancing rules and risk of flying, come to America and single handedly rip down their warehouse (clearly their mum’s garage) - ‘oh hi - it appears we’ve already sent you your gun, here is your tracking number’ and that was it. Nobody cared to read the below emails and see that it’s as plain as day I haven’t received all my order and I’m trying to get the rest of it!

Oh and the funniest thing is, since going through this quite shocking experience I realised there is nothing unique or special about their product. The lies they tell on their site about it being original and being as quiet as a toothbrush. All BS and you can literally get the EXACT same gun from
Another company. All these geniuses have done is found a generic product on a Alibaba.com or something and put their name on it. This other company has literally the same gun, same shape, model, specs and they’ve even made it look better!

I won’t directly put their competitors info here so not to have this review taken down and I feel it’s important consumers know how bad this company are, but if you google Kraftgun alternatives/ Kraftgun reviews you’ll find the alternatives. They’re not hard to spot

We ordered two kraft guns and after waiting 4 months only one showed up. Now they won’t respond and are giving us the run around. Many people complaining, terriable company that don’t respond and just lie to you. don’t waste your time.

I don't think this company is a scam, but I do think the kids running it are way over their heads. I think they went into it thinking they were King Kong, beating their chest, talking about how many millions of dollars they were going to make. Reality hit hard, cracks started to emerge, and the soggy band-aids they're using to hold it together will not keep them running for long.

This company has far greater issues than missed delivery dates and poor communication. There is a complete lack of ethical standards. They delete customer comments on their Facebook and Instagram pages, staging a completely false image for potential buyers. I'd stay as far away from this company as I could. Good luck on your poor decision if you decide not to.

SCAM COMPANY!!!
Ordered 6months ago and never received anything. They don’t respond to emails and when they do is or an automatic response or they just give you a fake tracking number.
My ordered was placed in September/October 2019and I see them now apologizing on socials for the delays due to covid-19. You are horrible people!!!! This company was not reliable waaaay before covid-19 happened and blaming the delays on that is just WRONG!!! Shame on you!!!

Don't buy from GETKRAFT! 3 MONTH of waiting... nothing yet! DO NOT BUY!

Horrible service. Scam company. Terrible communication. They owe me money and won’t respond to emails. They need to be closed down.

This kind of customer neglect and deception is next level. You have to threaten to eat their first born to get them to respond, and even then its with a robotic reply. I cant even get them to cancel my order and refund my money after 3 months of waiting.

No tracking after 4+ weeks. Emailed 2 weeks in and they told me a shipment was in customs and I would get an update “shortly”. 2 weeks later, nothing. Emailed 5 days ago and they have been unresponsive since. I have asked for a refund multiple times before it ships so I can get my wife an alternate gift for Christmas. No answer, no refund, no item
