Spencer from get laid beds was amazing and very informative with the beds and mattresses, really happy with his service and he is a real asset to your company.

Excellent customer service received by Spencer over the telephone just now. Spencer was able to make some suggestions which I hadn’t yet considered. Spencer also informed me about measurements and helped out with possible delivery dates and prices too. I had many questions and he answered them all politely and in a friendly manner. This has been incredibly appreciated. Can not wait to place my order.

The communication from Get Laid Beds was excellent. The delivery driver Paulo arrived on time, he was extremely courteous and efficient. The bed was assembled rapidly and the quality is excellent. We are very happy with the service we have received.

Tod and Pablo delivered and assembled a double bed in a loft conversion .
They were friendly and efficient and were done in no time . They arrived at the beginning of the time slot I was given and also informed us by phone that they were on their way .
The bed is exactly what we wanted .

Steven contacted me and worked quickly and diligently to resolve my error. Exceptional service. I have even greater confidence the item will be delivered and installed on time with outstanding quality.

I have just bought a low Tokyo space saver bed. It’s great, a good quality, well-built bed and perfect for my loft space.
This company was great to deal with from start to finish, from George on customer services to Paulo who delivered and put together the bed. I couldn’t recommend them higher.
