Absolute liars. They pretend they are from the uk but you dont realize this till after the confirmation comes through 10 days later leaving China. Item doesnt work. They asked me for a video to show as proof me using it. I did, it never heated up. Then they said they cant refund because its unhygienic yet they were the ones who ask me to use it. What big scammers. Will try to do a charge back from the bank. Plus they say they use Royal Mail so you think its uk based. All these reviews are genuine they sell fake eyelash curlers that dont work.

A scam! Product does not work and the company do not respond to emails. Complete waste of money!

Placed my order 06/03/24 paid £19.99 (eyelash curler) Still not received my package!!!! No correspondence!! Wish i hadn’t wasted my time and money!

Total scam... should have trusted my instincts with the too good to be true adds. Not fit for purpose and didn't work on my mine or daughters lashes. Very cheap and plastic looking more in the price bracket of £5. Tried to get refund and same experience as previous buyers. Waste of money. So much for, "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" 🤬 will be taking this further!!!!

Total waste of money. Product does nothing and the customer service is shocking. No returns even if product turns out faulty, it burned my eye lid.

Do not buy from Lash Love Uk as it is a scam!!! Overpriced as i bought one for £19.99 from them. Also, it sales on EBay for £7.99, most importantly it is not making the lashes to extend as they want you to believe when watching their deceiving videos!!! They do not refund as it is apparently stated in their terms & conditions for hygiene purpose!!! It only melt the mascara and damages the lashes! I will submit to consumer rights!

Scam. Cheap product with cheap packaging and does not work. Awaiting reply from customer services for the returns address but given these other reviews it does not look like I'll get a reply.

Complete waste of money and reviews on Facebook are all fake accounts. Disgusting! Scammers!

Company is a complete scam. They sell the eyelash curler claiming it is trademarked to them and use fashion magazine logos to give the impression they’ve recommended it but this is in fact a £3.79 product you can get from Ali Express. The website appears to be UK based but the product comes from China. They will mess you round and not refund. As per the other review on here I shall be reporting this company and aim to get their website host to remove it.

Ordered LashLove heated Eyelash curler. It arrived in plain packaging, clearly not a premium brand. I used it and it caused a burn on my eyelids that developed into blepharitis. I’ve contacted customer service, send photos of my eyes. Requested refund and free return (so that they can investigate whether this is one off fault or design issue). However I was told as part of T&Cs they can only do refunds on unused items. I’m not even sure that is legal so I shall contact BBC watch dog! This is dangerous cheep product with no care for their customers.
