IT'S A SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I bought a watch and was faulty. Sent it back and they didn't refund the money. Customer service non existent. Appalling service.
Better order from China on Alliexpress.

I ordered a face mask two months ago and when I tried to track it the closest it got to me was Phoenix Arizona then it was sent back to NewYork then to NewJersey to God knows where. Please Do Not Order anything from this company because they will take your money and send you nothing!!!

Tried to track my order and can not track it. I am giving it 1 more day before I call my credit card company, in fact after I write this, I will. This is not a good feeling, I hope other people are not having trouble.

don't buy I purchased a watch for my husband for xmas never received it complained up until yesterday get no where with them DONT USE THEM

I only wish I had taken the time to look for and read the reviews. I am joining the many others to say this is the worst shopping experience EVER! I was taken in by the ad that appeared on youtube when I was watching something else. I usually ignore those ads, but this is one time I made the mistake of watching the ad and decided to try the product. I never saw anyplace to order a specific size, but decided to try it anyway. When I looked at the shipping details, I realized to my horror that what was ordered was a small, and I am very much a large. When I contacted them to let them know it was too small, one agent told me to go ahead and try it on, and if it didn't work, they would replace it. Fortunately, I didn't follow that advise because today I got an email telling me if I tried it on, I couldn't return it at all. Never ever do business with these people. It is totally a scam outfit.

I bought 5 month ago from getmaxdeals, paid 30$ and didnt recive nothing!! I opend support ticket and sent 4 email but havent recive any comment at all!!
ON the site order summery its written "waiting for carrier" but nothing happaned.

These people seem to be crooks...I ordered and paid for a sander in May and have not received it nor has anyone answered e-mail or facebook messenger inquiries!

Truly a scam company. No information after they confirmed my order - no updates nor is the contact information legit. E-mails bounced back and the customer service number is disconnected. Facebook should be ashamed to allow these type of services on their site. I got in touch with my bank and they are recovering the charges for the belt sander I never received.

This is a scam!!! DO NOT BUY FROM GETMAXDEALS. This is one of those, if it looks too good to be true, then its not good. I have tried to contact them by email and by phone. There phone number is disconnected.... What does that tell you?

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Along with other customers here, I should have looked more closely at the reviews before buying.
I paid, via Paypal (fortunately), and waited.
And waited, and waited, and waited.
Nothing.
No communication, no products.
I have now contacted them directly twice, and still no response.
I'm going through Paypal to get my money back.
Don't touch them with a bargepole.

Ordered several items after seeing advertisement on Facebook. Took money from my account straight away. No delivery, no communications, nothing. Facebook really have to do better when allowing adverts onto their platform. I am now going to have to try to get money back through Paypal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered a wrench on 27/04/2018, money was taken the same day, no delivery by the 30/05/2018 so e-mailed for order update no response.
Still no delivery or order update so have justed e-mail again (20/06/2018)
Think I’m going to have to write this one off.

I too ordered a sander like another reviewer. This is week 7. No communication despite emails. So I will try to recover monies paid. The old adage is true. If a deal seems too good to be true it usually ends in disappointment.
Avoid Getmaxdeals at all costs.

Ordered a sander and never received. No communication. Bogus phone number listed. Reckon I lost my 47.00 dollars. Reported to Facebook and other social media. Reported to BBB. Filed dispute with Paypal to hopefully recover some of my losses. Please do not get sucked into this fraud company.

Purchased a product and asked (via their contact form) about it being UK-spec or not. Did not get an answer. Sent an email. Did not get an answer. Sent the a message via Facebook. Did not get an answer. Posted a message on their Facebook page. This was immediately deleted and I was blocked from posting further. Clicked the footer Twitter link. No Twitter account. All social media links on site-footer link nowhere, except the Facebook one.

Amazon feedback appalling - 100% negative
