The order for a new boiler was taken and a date arranged for it to be fitted. That first date was missed and had to be rearranged. When the engineer came, he started swearing about the journey he had made, and when he e centrally started the Kobe the language remained blue!
When I checked that the Hive control Is easy to use, he stated that that was not on the order. This had been missed off. He had to go t a local plumbers merchants to get one. Whilst he was there he rang me to see if I could drive to the builders merchants to collect some bricks because he had to fill a hole in where the old exhaust was.
He had to go to the builders merchants again to collect a fitting to put the condensation pipe into.
Boiler installation still not done!
Eventually after nearly a whole day the engineer fired up the boiler to find that two radiators were not working and I needed a new pump, which he said he would install the following day if I bought it.
I got the pump locally and he came in the late afternoon to fit.
Pump worked ok but the two radiator still not working.
The company informed me that they would arrange for their senior engineer to come and put it right.
Over a week later he did come and had to be asked to wear a mask in our house (June 2021).
He told me he would have to come back with some special equipment to do the job.
Found weeks later the job was completed.
Poor workmanship. No customer care. Will not recommend this company.
