Anyone who find a good Ghost hosting provider,stay away from Getmidnight.com.

The support is very very slow to respond , ignore customer. Try to attract more customer with mislead and incorrect information on its website. It also store my credit card info without my permission.

We should not support an unethical company who cheat and steal customers money.

- They provide incorrect information on the FAQ page about the pricing plan.

- Support is prolonged, delayed. No timeline was provided.

-There are a hundred back-and-forth emails from with the uncleared support.

- The migration took days to finish without any explicit instructions.

- Store my credit card information without my permission.

Such a worst experience for hosting service. Not recommend at all.

I first learned about this website on the Ghost subreddit and was curious because of the good pricing.
The 2 times I've gone talk to support they were fast and helpful. This is why I later became a customer.
To set up the custom domain name was a breeze (contrary to Ghost PRO where it was a struggle)
Well, the absence of contracts is also good.
No, I'm not affiliate with this company, just feel the need to share some love for a small business.
