Took my wife's car in for oil change
I took my own Royal Purple oil and filter, I have for years
$46.00 labor and it shows still not done
I am back at home
They couldn't even reset the % of usage back to 100%
They now charge fee for hazardous waste
My used oil they sell to used bulk oil pickup company

Can't login anymore the app has stopped working it keeps crashing and lags alot . Can't login anymore please please fix this problem

the app has never been the greatest but could cash in from time to time. Recently impossible to cash in earnings. As of yesterday unable to log in to app. Unable to send a ticket to customer service. Error messages trying to do either one. Facebook official Miles page hasn't had any activity since march. Something definitely wrong

Miles app used to be a great app really fun lots of tasks make it easier for you to earn Miles but it has changed to a fraudulent app being that all of a sudden you can’t even cash out on anything gift cards cash anything whatsoever they tell you a card be available in five minutes you do you do the timer or you refresh the pages constantly Your thumb is sore because guess what? I don’t care how long you refresh the page you will never see that gift card I didn’t used to have problems at all catching out 123 was great was awesome but it is no longer do not use this app. You’ll never see what you have coming. You’ll watch thousands of commercials and never get paid to do it

Does not always record miles. Often trivia questions for miles are wrong. No response when sending them proof. Very difficult to redeem for gift cards or cash. Now they want you to pay $7.99 a month and if you’re lucky you’ll earn $3.

Gift cards are a scam, because they tell you it has been redeemed but when you go to buy another card, it’s suddenly available. I bought points to get the gift card and it still didn’t get approved. If you reach your limit of one gift card, they will tell you they are available as a teaser. I have earned a ton of miles and got rid of the app because everything is like a first come first serve which is understandable but what isn’t is that your gift card is always available when you can’t purchase another one. I paid $35 for the premium membership so I can get more miles. However this is not working out so I will be contacting my bank to reverse the $35. This app is an entire scam and doesn’t care about any of its customers. You’ll always see that the gift card is unavailable and when it is you still can’t get it then it will say something like Paulina J. Or Lesley S. Brought the last one. You’re not worthy of my time if I can’t even get one PayPal reward. Others pay you this one doesn’t because it’s a total scam, and I paid $36 dollars so I’ll be showing you how I treat scammers.

Don’t forget that if you don’t use their app, you lose your miles due to the new and improved maintenance fee.

Miles was great for awhile but then stopped keeping the terms of their promotions. I recently did their invite 5 friends receive a $40 gift card to Amazon. I fulfilled all requirements and never received any gift card. They owe me $42 in gift cards for promos I did and have not responded to any of my inquiries! I've emailed and messaged on Facebook. I would never promote miles app again. Sad because I had a lot of friends join for a year! I'll update my review if they fix this issue!
