Great online medical support service
Good medical online site for information and advice and prescriptions. Important to discuss issues with HCPs online and by phone before initiating any treatment. However, also important to keep your GP informed for best outcomes. Once on treatment, ordering and check-ins are efficient. One can opt out anytime as well if required.

The ease in which you could get support from the team .
Having a chronic illness meant lots of steroids and big weight gain .
I made the decision along with my specialist to go on GPL 1 for weight loss .
I had no side effects at all .
I followed an exercise and diet plan mostly Moshy recipes and her I am now at goal weight and feeling like I have my life back .
I would recommend Moshy and have to a few people . It works and it’s a safe way to loose unwanted kilos safely with medical support .

I originally left a 2‑star review after not receiving my medication on time. Unfortunately, I’m now unable to access or amend that review, despite requesting the email address associated with my Trustpilot account, as I can no longer log in or see which email it’s linked to.
Since leaving the original review, a team leader from the Customer Service department has been in contact with me and has taken my concerns seriously. They’ve confirmed that new processes have been put in place to prevent this issue from happening again and have been proactive in ensuring my experience moving forward is a positive one. I am happy with customer service I have received and therefore I have changed my review to a 5.

The customer service rep I dealt with during onboarding and delivery of my treatment was absolutely stellar! Took any stress out of the situation and made it all a smooth experience. Practitioners give proper advice based on your history and keep your wellbeing in mind with recommendations. 11/10 service from all involved so far.
