AI enshitification has taken hold.

I have used Mosh for years without issues. They took my money last week, so I expected my delivery. Today I received an email saying I didn't have any repeats left. Why did they take my money when I didn't have any repeats? According to their AI email bot, I'm the confused one! Now the AI bot tells me a person will be in touch in 1-2 business days. Their online chat appears offline and there is no phone number. They still have my money!

After Alex from Mosh made things right I have increased my review to 3 stars. I still stand by my comments on the AI bot, and the difficulty in reaching a person without resorting to leaving negative reviews.

Overall Mosh has been great to deal with. Over the 14 months I had a treatment with them I had a few small hiccups which were able to be resolved quickly by a support agent. They price matched for me and gave me a further discount to lock in for 3 months. Overall, happy with their service. If I need weight loss support again I would probably reach out again to Mosh.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Mosh.

My initial medical consultation lasted only around one minute. I did not feel that my medical history or suitability for treatment was properly assessed before medication was prescribed.

The delivery experience was also concerning. Mosh states that orders are shipped in discreet packaging, but my parcel arrived in a box with large Mosh branding. The courier also knocked loudly on my front door instead of simply ringing the doorbell, which resulted in my family becoming aware of my medical treatment. This was very upsetting as I expected my privacy to be protected.

When I had questions about my medication, I contacted the medical team expecting personalised advice. Instead, I was simply sent links to general online videos, and my concerns were not properly addressed.

To make matters worse, part of my order was missing when it arrived.

When I decided to use the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee, the process became extremely frustrating. Rather than processing my cancellation, I was asked to complete another questionnaire. After doing so, I automatically received an email asking me to book a video consultation for a prescription that I no longer wanted.

I made it clear that I wanted to cancel and request a refund, but communication was slow and confusing. The overall experience did not match the expectations created by Mosh’s website, and the cancellation process felt unnecessarily complicated.

I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
The courier knocked loudly on my front door. While I understand the courier is a third party, the prominently branded packaging meant my medical treatment was no longer discreet.

My experience with MOSH and WEGOVY has been fantastic. I was a little sceptical about how well WEGOVY would work for me, but it has been remarkably successful in all respects. I started at just over 105kgs with a target weight of 85. I e actually achieved a bit more than that since I commenced in August 2025 - 10 months. I commenced on 1.5 then 1.7 then to 2.4 and I started reducing about 2 months ago to 1.7. I have had regular medical supervision through MOSH and their communication with mr had been great. All deliveries have been well planned in advance and come in well sealed ice cold containers- very clever. I have gradually reduced my eating and my appetite including alcohol and I am in a good position to maintain my weight loss.
