Unreliable service. Owed over 40 comics that I have paid for.

I've been a customer of GetMyComics for a few years and whilst it used to be a reliable service it has been getting progressively worse. Many of the orders are only partially fulfilled and whilst the owner has promised to fulfill the deliveries. I have over 40 comics that have not been delivered yet the company keeps taking money. Having chased on a number of occasions I rarely get a response and it's been nearly 2 months since the last communication. Despite what their homepage implies this is not a reliable service and I would advise against using their services.
