Scam company - no way to cancel your subscription

Another one of those scam websites which hide the subscription and then make you climb mountains to try and cancel. AVOID! I read their policy in full and it’s so wrapped up in litigation - tells you everything you need to know about how “genuine” this company is

I keep trying to cancel subscription - they keep charging

Overall, unexciting stories, boring voices which are overly-obviously AI generated. Much better elsewhere with a little research.
Expensive, poor value for money and customer service is a joke. Zero understanding of how to manage client satisfaction.

It’s a scam they are not US based they are blatantly deceitful in the advertising and I truly doubt I will get my money back. I didn’t use their service, my phone is not new enough and they never made me aware that could be a problem. Their disclosures say don’t expect to be able to cancel or get a refund, some body needs to shut down this criminal organization! Who does business like this?I have been kindly asking for a refund as my phone is not usable in the App. They who ever they are lack ethics. Donot trust this site they will only rip you off very deceptive.They added another charge today 3 charges in span of a few days. I contacted my bank to stop it!WTF I sent them emails explaining exactly my experience and that they in the add never stated my phone was compatible, be careful with their App as well it is like a slot machine with older phones! I tried downloading the App it charged me despite canceling it it was so fast my head spinned. I might have to change my card number.They also originally had a different adress than the 99 Wall Street it’s a SCAM people

Was charged for a recurring payment that I never signed up for. Be careful with this one.

There rufund policy is strict, be careful before you decide to sign up. An make sure you don't have 2 subscriptions under the one email address when you do, I dint even know I had 2 going u till I got charged and then tried to Dispute the charges. I than found out after that I dint grt my money back becuase the one I thought I only had was cancelled but there was an other subscription open that I was not aware of at all! An they will not refund you at all. If you ask me its not worth it at all.

This company took several chunks of money from my bank without my consent.
Despite waiting 3 weeks as they advised, I still have not recovered this money.
Absolute scam, do not touch!!

Be careful with the subscription model. My plan auto-renewed without a reminder or renewal receipt, and even though I cancelled the same day and didn’t use the service after renewal, they refused to refund it. Support was polite but ultimately not helpful. I wouldn’t subscribe again.

When I signed up, the service promised access to hundreds of stories, but I was only able to access three through the app. I attempted to cancel before the renewal date, but the process was unnecessarily difficult.

After finally completing the cancellation, I reasonably believed my account had been closed. However, I was still charged for a renewal because their system failed to cancel my subscription.

To make matters worse, I received no notification or receipt for the charge—it only came to my attention when it appeared on my bank statement. When I contacted support and explained the situation, they refused to issue a refund, despite the issue clearly being on their end.

Very disappointing experience.

The level of personalization surprised me in the best way.

Horrible cancellation experience. The fees never end but the cancellation process is very obscure and frustrating.
