Tracking was great and on time
Tracking was great and on time. I love the name bracelet I ordered. It was as described. I have ordered another type as well. I have 18 grandchildren. The first bracelet was limited to 12 names. Therefore, I had to order a second bracelet for the other six names. I wish I could have ordered all 18 on the first one bracelet. Unfortunately, I didn't see where I could just order 6 additional name bars. That would have been less costly.

Don't bother with this company
Purchased a personalised blanket from these and they stated it was delivered but clearly wasn't emailed twice no response so luckily I took out insurance from Seel and got money back luckily wouldnt bother buying from these again.

The glasses themself are very nice and the packaging was good but the lack of presentation as in they are gifts for people was poor no nice presentation box or gift box for them to be given in was a bit disappointing with that as just a cardboard box looks a bit cheap and tacky

Ordered a cake serving set for family wedding with engraving. Arrived in good time and I was very pleased with the design. There are several design choices and three different color choices for the silverware as well. I picked the gold. Reasonably priced too!
