Great app and service

I've had a great experience using the Nude app( now Tembo) for my Lifetime ISA. It's been instrumental in helping me save money and take advantage of the government bonus to buy my first home. The interest added to my savings has been a fantastic boost. I found both depositing and withdrawing funds incredibly straightforward, and the team at Nude was exceptionally cooperative in processing my transactions. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to make their homeownership dreams a reality!

Customer service is amazing!

Just recently opened a LISA with Tembo (part of Nude finance)

I had so many questions as someone who has just started with investing and saving for big purchases, like a house.

When I reached out to customer service, I had Abi reply and guide me through ALL my questions. She answered everything thoroughly, honestly and so positively. She didn’t make me feel silly for my mountain of questions and she understood what I meant.

She was honestly so polite and I am glad I can trust a company with good-hearted employees to help me out!

Problem solved, but took a lot longer than it should have.

Initial problem raised - 28th March
Problem now solved - 4th April

Set up a LISA to try and utilise this year's allowance before the end of the fiscal year, nice quick and easy process to set up. But from that point on, it was tricky

Set up the account with a £500 transfer just to test it went ok, got confirmation that it all went through.

So next tried to transfer the funds across, payment failed multiple times. So decided to do 2 x 1k payments. Got notification that it was successful but the bank had blocked it (HSBC Fraud service, so thought no biggy). Phoned HSBC, got the payment approved, money has gone from my HSBC account, got an email from tembo saying payment successful, but was not showing in the LISA, and was not in my bank account. So I was 2k down with no understanding of where the money has gone, and with no route to talk to a real person...

With my struggles so far, I wish I had gone to a different provider even though the interest would have been less...

Amazing App

Amazing App, very user friendly and easy to use and understand. As this was the first financial app I used outside of banking, it's great to see that it works and I have been able to reach my goal using the application. Would go back if there are other features available.

Amazing experience opening a LISA…

Amazing experience opening a LISA account. The team was very helpful towards getting the money withdrawn on time for our new home purchase. They made all that they can do make it work in days i.e far early than their deadline.

Amazing customer service with clear & fast processes

Starting out my LISA journey with Nude in 2022 was an eye-opener for me. I had checked reviews for Moneybox and other providers and the differences in the tech are slight - nothing too much to make me tip to a particular provider really (for me it came to a chance of luck to go with Nude).

Now here where it's getting good. We know that having an app that's intuitive – where I can easily check my balances and see my funds grow – is one thing, but experiencing the level of support Nude offers is quite another. What truly distinguishes Nude is their team's approach to customer service.

Enter Abi, my point of contact at Nude. Collaborating with her felt like having a dedicated professional who knew the ins and outs of buying your first home. From our initial conversation, she was thoroughly informative, explaining how quickly my funds could be accessed and managing expectations around any potential delays. Even when faced with those inevitable hitches, she ensured my money reached my solicitors promptly, allowing me to complete my purchase in record time. The service was impeccable, marked by swift responses and a genuinely caring attitude.

It's this personal touch and the sense of being genuinely cared for that really sets Nude apart for me. Their technology is certainly impressive, but it’s the commitment and attention from people like Abi that truly make a difference.

With the news of Nude joining forces with Tembo, my hope is that they retain this unique aspect of their service. The app and platform are excellent, but it's the dedication and expertise of their team that are the real stars.

Without hesitation, I’d give Nude a five-star recommendation. They've mastered the blend of innovative technology with exceptional customer care, and I hope they continue to uphold these standards under the new partnership with Tembo.

+ I've just seen that now Nude gives top rates for savers after the aqcuisition by Tembo, so might be a even better time to give them a go as long as the service stays great!

Setting up a lifetime isa was a breeze…

Setting up a lifetime isa was a breeze with Nude. The app is really good at incentivising you to save and it’s very easy to navigate. You can easily adjust your monthly repayments in the app. The nude team were fast in their reponses to my solicitor and the money was released from my lifetime isa really quickly when I requested it. I’ve just completed on my first house. I would recommend Nude to any first time home buyers.

LISA Transfer

Heather was absolutely fantastic throughout the transfer process. Very knowledgeable, but most of all reassuring. I was provided updates along the way with no prompt from myself. We used NUDE for our first home purchase and I am very impressed with the service of this small company. Everything was clear and handled efficiently. The agent handling my withdrawal and funds was Abi and she was an absolute star. She communicated well and we got our funds processed without delay or complications. Blown away by the quality of the Nude…

Blown away by the quality of the Nude app and the service we received. It made the house buying process seem achievable! I would highly recommend to any young person wanting to get on the property ladder.

The naked truth about Nude

Good interest rate, easy to use platform, nice additional content/resources to get you thinking about saving and planning for your home. Above all, I really liked the level of customer service. Response within a day both times I wrote to them and the response came from a real person (shout out to Lorraine for being so helpful). They seem like a company that genuinely cares and the underlying product is very good too.
