I purchased Phantom Flow under the assumption that I could use it with the ATAS platform

I purchased Phantom Flow under the assumption that I could use it with the ATAS platform. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the tool is only compatible with TradingView – a detail that, in my opinion, should have been more clearly emphasized during the purchasing process.

Support refers to the general refund policy and refuses to issue a refund, even though I am unable to use the product due to this incompatibility. Especially for users who may not be technically experienced, a clearer warning during the checkout process would be advisable.

It’s a pity – for a product like this, I would have expected greater transparency and customer-friendliness.
