The worst thing I ever have bought on the Internet; waste of money! It takes weeks to receive it, half of the specials is not working! It isn’t silent and the cooling is only working a little bit :(

This product is appalling. I threw it away after 2 weeks. The filter is made of blotting paper and when I tried to separate some pieces it just came apart in my fingers. All those website reviews are fake.

How do I get in contact with this sham of a company? DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I repeat DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Words cannot express how cheap and what buyers remorse I have. I'm so frustrated that I can barely type this out I have so much to say. I've sent them three emails and have not heard back yet. If anyone has a phone number or a legit email address, please let me know. I feel they're waiting until the midnight hour (15th day) to decline my request.

SCAM !!! Bought 3 units. One arrived and it was awful so returned it tracked the next day. I refused delivery of the other 2 and they have received them back. Sent so many emails and no reply and still awaiting a refund. Have raised a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Garbage do not by this by any means. Complete scam.... how do we report them?? Leaks water and does not cool, you are not getting a “polaire” device it is called artic cool and it is garbage

This is junk which leaks, is difficult to plug in, shoddily built, and couldn’t cool a mosquitos face.

I’ve just been robbed of £65 by Polaire. Sure they delivered the product but smashed up and totally unusable. Many emails sent via their customer service including photos and they don’t have the curtesy to reply.
Robbers. Should be shut down.

I was stupid enough to purchase these things and I got rip off. The people that make and sale these things are bunch of liars and thieves. Why can't these crooks be shut down?

HORRIBLE PRODUCT!! Made HUGH 3 mistakes, 1st foolish enough buying POLAIRE, 2nd reading POLAIRES website customer reviews (all lies btw, 3rd not reaching and finding just now this website with honest to true review of POLAIRES. It's a SCAM, as quoted with other reviews on this site. Not only did I buy one, but 3 more $190 total. Opened just one and as other reviewers say, doesn't cool and spills water everywhere!! Their POLAIRES website testimonies fooled me 100%. Not at all what they say as the BEST small efficient coolant. I've contacted today POLAIRES customer service to RETURN all 4, and all I get is they will be in touch. It's a 15 day return policy. Its day 4 for me. Not to mention it took 20 days to receive. But was willing for wait due to necessity of a/c needed hot Temps and its reviews. Will get to bottom of this will not be taken advantage of. Will keep everyone posted. Again, DONT BUY PRODUCT!

My boyfriend ordered this product and I didn't see the website myself. After 3 weeks not receiving any news, I asked him to give me the website.

First of all the website looks really simple without any history or contact information. This is already a red flag! After that I checked on here and well I see we wasted money.

It's a total scam and we all fell for it!

Very bad experience. Bought 2 Getpolaire but received 2 Artic Air the prive of this being much more cheaper. I tried one of them, no cool air and all the water spreading out ! No possibility to return them ! It is simply A HUGE SCAM !

This company is a scam. They have zero customer service. I email them and they check to see if I’m a bot but their email back is a automated bot itself. What?! Mine came broken and I cannot even return it cause they don’t give a return address. I cannot send it back to the shipping address cause that’s only for shipping, not returns. Polaris, you’re a piece of S*** company. Will be reporting this company to the BBB.

Please Please do not order these units. Mine arrived - one was broken and the other was second hand.The quality is appalling and they hardly work. There are no contact details or paperwork with the delivert. No information anywhere on the product and no guarantee information. The company and its distributors are participating in a scam. They require postage to be paid to China for returns.

I ordered two of these coolers and can't believe I have been so stupid but it was a few weeks ago when the heat was unbearable. When they eventually arrived I was shocked at the state they were in. The vents didn't work on one and the water tank was broken on the other. I tried to return them but they would have to be sent to China and the cost with tracking is in excess of £50 so not really worth the effort. The emails from Customer Service are very patronising too. I know it's my own fault but please don't buy one of these coolers. I'd give them no stars if I could.

Going to back everyone else up here......very cheap product at a massively overinflated price, which the advertising implies is coming from the UK (it isn't, think WISH finest but worse).

It does provide a cooling air flow but is very noisy. I have 15yr old PCs with quieter fans than these "whisper quiet" units. After running for an hour I noticed a big pool of water underneath and immediately shut it down.

Quality wise, vent veins are extremly cheap and difficult to set at anything other then full up or down. Most needed reconnecting on delivery and at least four were outright broken. The cooling fins of paper do not sit in a secure bracket and rattle around the unit. The housing vents don't fit the box properly, the power cable port is heavily resessed and floating so i suspect that it will only last but a few uses.

Last bug bear is that it only came with a USB cable. No 3pin plug and requires permanent external power. Given the leaking and the fact the power port is at the base of the unit and you have a recipe for disaster.

In short STAY CLEAR!!!

I just read the reviews about these products which I ordered 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't been delivered. Now Im freaking out! Authorities need to crack down on dodgy websites like these and they should be shut down immediately and prosecuted by regulators. WARNING TO ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF BUYING FROM THIS SITE:DONT BUY, ITS A SCAM!!
