I really love poppy AI so far! It’s helped me so much with business and formulating ideas. The mind map and the white board lay out are great tools for course creation and other brainstorming ideas for social media. What I love most about Poppy AI is the very helpful online customer support beyond just talking to an AI bot. The AI bot that they have for customer support is helpful but sometimes you just need a human to walk you through certain steps. Once you get the hang of how the whole thing works, you will wonder why or how you ever worked without it. I had a meeting with Olivia for an introductory video call and she was so help and patient showing me around and answering any questions or concerns I had. If you’re thinking about investing in Poppy I would suggest to check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Great customer support and an awesome on-boarding process, I really appreciate the thought and effort that goes behind all this, I would like to see some more instructional/educational video content, they have great content to teach you the basics, but it would be nice to see a prompting masterclass and maybe some videos on how to use tools in depth. Also Olivia Lee is doing an awesome job, super friendly, very helpful, and respectful of time. Great job Poppy team.

My first couple days with poppy have saved me at least one week. I created a pitch deck & organizational chart in minutes not days for my company's Capital raise to plant the world with trees.

From the introduction and explanatory videos to the conversational help bot, this tool has been a simple and straightforward yet powerful AI tool that really helps move the needle for me and my business. My onboarding call with Olivia L. was super useful as well.
IMO, Poppy is useful in many ways and for many different types of users. It can be a big boost for those who are newer to AI tools and still learning to integrate it into their workflow, but also a go-to for the more advanced power user. The visual presentation helps to connect the dots (literally).
It's tough to go wrong with Poppy AI - definitely recommended.!

Just got off my onboarding call with Olivia and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I've been using Poppy for about a week before the call and it is really user friendly with a lot of tutorial videos showing you how to use all the features that poppy offers. Poppy is becoming my go to AI for all things marketing and sales copy. The output from Poppy is on an entirely different level compared to the other AI platforms. Highly recommend this software.

My only experience with Poppy was a 30 min onboarding session and from what I saw I believe the tool is great! Olivia Lee who directed the onboarding was an absolute darling! She graced me with not only her pretty smile and lovely presence but a lot of useful information! As long as she is an employee there I'll always be a customer!

I loved having a 1:1 call scheduled so quickly after I signed up for Poppy. It gave me just enough time to play around, come up with questions, and get them answered in a timely manner. Olivia was great!

I do wish that there were more tutorials with examples on hand. For example, a walk through of the templates feature with specific examples of how I can make a copy and swap out resources would have been super helpful.

I am still a new user but Poppy has been super intuitive so far! I've been able to map out a couple use cases to help me optimize my daily tasks as an email marketer (campaign calendar brainstorming, saving time doing reporting calculations). Olivia was so friendly and really helpful during my onboarding call!
