Who are they?
Signed up to this site and soon found that their proxies were blocked - so it was of zero use whatsoever.
Explained the situation to them via email the next day for a refund and got no response. Then had to email again days later and was finally told that there is a zero refund policy - even though I had signed up for an entire year! The person at customer support didn't even sign off with a name so who knows what kind of organisation is behind this.
So, that's very poor service AND poor customer service. If they had only considered the request for a refund I wouldn't have to have given this poor review.
Would give zero stars if it were possible.
