The customer service support team was great

The customer service support team was terrific. Tracking my package stated it was delivered but it was not at my front door. I emailed support and to find out what happened. I got a response back right away. They checked with the courier service and sent me photo of the front door where my package was left. I sent them photo of my front door because that was not my house. They were going to do more investigation and make arrangements for a refund. A couple of days later I got a note from the owner of a home two blocks away where my package was left. I got my package. The support team and I exchanged several emails back and forth. Each time they responded back within minutes.

Excited but sad

I purchased these and was excited to try them as I use a CPAP machine. I didn't even think about the fact I wear retainers every night. Before they arrived, I contacted customer service to let them know i couldn't use them because of my retainers. The customer service was great. I settled for a partial refund rather than paying to send them back. I was impressed with how my situation was handled.

Turns out I still have a dehydration problem and it made using the Quiet Lab mouthpiece impossible for me. I have to say the mouthpiece was very comfortable and easy to clean. I was promptly given my refund and their support was fantastic. I also liked the helpful health tips they generously sent as they were helpful for my everyday life. I would like to also state that Quiet Lab is a legit business unlike the many false sellers on Facebook.

Tried Q.L

Tried Q.L. gave it a few weeks and it's not for me. I was hoping to stop using c-pap quality was there but still was snoring. But what made it a positive experience was the customer service some of the best I ever had so ty ,even no I had to get a refund I will look out for future experiences with them

I have been diagnosed with 50:50 Mixed Sleep Apnea - Central and Obstructive - by my Sleep Medicine Doctor David Cohen (484-426-2666) here at St. Luke’s Health Hospital in Bethlehem, PA.

Had I read the Frequently Asked Questions on your website, I probably would not have ordered your Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece.

However, the technical concept and all of the multiple reviews were so very Positive, and because your website Guaranteed it, I wanted to try it.

So, I ordered it knowing I could try it risk-free, and if I didn’t stop snoring, you Guaranteed to give me a ”Full Refund”.

When it arrived, I tried it immediately, for 17 nights set in a number of different adjustable positions.

None worked; my wife would wake me because my snoring was so loud.

From a ‘Use’ perspective: the mouthpiece fit just fine; it was very easy to use; it was easily adjustable; and it felt very comfortable.

By this email, I am asking you to give me the instructions I will need to return my order to you including everything that you delivered to me on April 23.

Per your Guarantee, I am asking for a Full Refund of $103.88.

I’ve been using QuietLab for a little under two months. While shipping experiences can vary, my delivery was spot on. The mouthpiece arrived exactly two weeks after ordering—down to the scheduled day—so I have no complaints regarding the wait time or logistics.
Does it actually work?
To be completely transparent: Yes.
The results have been immediate for my household. My wife is no longer being woken up by my snoring, which has been a huge win for both of our sleep schedules.
The Fit & Feel
I want to be honest about the adjustment period. I am still experiencing some mouth soreness. The best way to describe it is the feeling you get when you have braces—it’s not quite as intense, but you definitely feel that pressure on your front teeth. This is likely because the guard is doing its job: it restricts the lower jaw from sagging, which prevents the back of the tongue from closing off the airway.
The Technical Side: Snoring vs. Sleep Apnea
Based on my research, it's important to distinguish between "regular" snoring and sleep apnea:
• This mouthpiece targets the soft tissue attached to the back of the tongue.
• By preventing that tissue from relaxing and closing the airway, it eliminates the headaches caused by oxygen deprivation and the exhaustion from loss of sleep.
Final Verdict
If you can handle a bit of initial dental sensitivity in exchange for clear breathing and a quiet night, this is definitely worth it. It does exactly what it claims to do. P.s I have found myself reaching deeper sleep levels

I’m usually skeptical of email customer…

I’m usually skeptical of email customer service support platforms but I sent a request communicating that I didn’t receive my confirmation order. My request was answered within 3 minutes of my request and then I received an email from a customer support rep letting me know the error that caused the original not to come into my inbox. That was great customer service.

Excellent Customer Service for Return Options.

The mouth guard did not work for my hubby because of his TMJ, so we reached out via email to QuietLab and they offered to reimburse 70-80% of our purchase price if we didn't wish to have the hassle of returning the items on our own dime. After some research, we decided to pay the shipping and get a full refund. Everyone who communicated with me was quickly responsive, helpful and kind. I am trusting I will receive the refund when they receive their products.

Quiet lab has the best customer…

Quiet lab has the best customer service. I explained how I wasn’t able to use the mouth pieces like I thought I could, because of my gag reflux. They had no problem refunding my money back to me. I was also given the opportunity to get most of my money back and keep the products I ordered to give away as a gift or something for a small fee. I decided to go with that option. They were quick to respond, and within a few days I had my refund back into my account. I am very pleased with their services!!
