I finally received the lotion. I rubbed it into my knees twice (4hrs apart). My knees went stiff and I couldn't stand up without assistance. The pain was intense. I now can't walk without a stick, or a rollator. I'm praying that this is temporary. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS STUFF AGAIN!! I have asked for a refund but had no reply as yet.

Wow so glad I read the reviews, as the presentation of this product is so good it hooks you in. How do people get away with this scamming, shocking. I always read reviews on everything. I feel for these people who have been ripped off!

I agree with all the previous reviews, this is a scam, avoid at all costs!

Their website to order is a scam, I started to order, it quoted £12, there was no final order page where you are asked to review the order and”pay now.
I quickly checked my bank and found that 2 payments of £26.45 and £24.22 had been taken. I immediately stopped any further payments
One tub of cream has arrived, can’t comment on the efficacy, waiting for another but no explanation as to returns

I should have read the reviews but I was so desperate for relief from spinal decompression pain. Product eventually arrived. Made no difference. Did not sign up for regular subscription. Now find today another payment being requested from my account. Stay clear of this company its a scam

I was not able to complete the process when ordering thru FB add. I thought it was stuck so I went thru the website outside of FB and got stuck again. I never even got the chance to confirm anything. Charges for both orders came out of my account immediately and I received an email saying the order had shipped. I immediately emailed customer support letting them know I did not confirm an order. Didn’t matter, got the first shipment. Emailed multiple times about the not sending the second shipment and I was assured it would not be shipped. It arrived. I emailed for days and got no response. Finally I got the offer to open the package and take pictures of the products to make sure they were not damaged( even though I never opened anything) and then at my own expense I could ship it back to Asia and they would refund my money. Or, 20% would be refunded and I keep the products. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst experience and worthless product.

I bought some of their " nerve cream" which come from China. And then a few weeks another charge for $39.99 was taken out of my acct. This was for a "monthly subscription fee" that I was not aware of and was never stated anywhere when the original purchase was made.
. I never authorized this subscription or these charges and have filed a complaint with the FTC.

Should have smelled the scam a mile away, but I wanted to try the product. Product ships from China, reeks of fragrance, and they sneak in a trial subscription into your purchase and charge you $40 for something you didn't sign up for. Avoid.

I have had similar experience. Ordered cream in January, received small jar of Oasis instead. When I called to return they said "just keep it and we will send the Revive." It never came and though INEVER signed up I am being billed 39.99 every month for a product I never received even once. I have alerted my credit card company but it continues. Their phone 877-225-2390 no longer works. They seem to be located at 3564 Stacey Court in Pleasantown Calif.

Ordered their cream, then without me knowing, they started charging my credit card each month!!

They are a scam. You cannot contact them, you are unable to cancel and I am unable to stop them from charging my account.
They are SCAMMING PEOPLE DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

This company is a total scam and should be shut down! They are charging reoccurring credit cards without authorization. I caught it and closed the credit card to prevent them from ripping me off and advice others to do the same.

This company is absolutely a scam. They charged my credit card without my authorization. They keep telling me they issued a refund yet in 10 days I have not received it. Beware. It is now 27 days with no refund.

Product does not work, it is a numbing cream. I am keeping the first shipment and was billed again for what now looks like an underhanded autoship scheme. Do not buy it.

Absolutely a scam. This is nothing more than a numbing cream. And good luck getting a refund. It’s been almost two months and many emails but still no refund. Stay clear.

Product did not perform. It was useless. Their customer service is a joke. The phone number gets you a message to call during normal business hours. Never spoke to an agent. Their website is deceptive and you end with a subscription that you have to cancel. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

A "1" star is too generous. They derseve a ZERO. They sent me a defective back massager. I was told that I had to return it to China for a "refund". I am trying to block the purchase on my credit card. Don't do any business with them. They are also trying to send me a bill for their so called news letter which I did not authorize.

I gave Revive Care one star which is much more than they deserve. I ordered their spinal decompression device which works fine. After paying for it in January, my Master Card has been charged for a membership I never authorized. $55.79 CDN on February 2nd and. $54.81CDN on March 1st. Numerous attempts to contact by phone and email have been futile. The emails can’t be delivered and the message on their phone number says to call back during working hours. SCAMMERS!

I never tried the product bc I never received it. After a month of waiting, I contacted their support group and they finally responded saying it was delivered and sent me photos of a house that clearly showed a completely different address. After pointing out the obvious, they maintained that it was delivered. I got tired of their blatant ignorance and gave up. But based on their dishonesty and their unwillingness to work with me, I concur that this has to be a scam.

Complete scam at every level. First, the cream is useless. Second, they encourage you to enroll in monthly shipments for which the get a "discount". But then they send the subsequent shipment after a couple weeks, before you have time to cancel.

When you try to contact them during business hours, you can only reach a nondescript message saying they are closed.

When I emailed them about the early shipment, they said they would cancel, but then later said it was too late, that the product had already been "delivered", which it has not. It's coming from China, so it would be impossible anyway.

To get the refund for their "guarantee" you must ship the product to China, which is expensive and unreliable, and would mean you're waiting and hoping they will actually refund, after paying more for the return shipping than the guarantee is worth. Given their other sketchy behavior, I would expect them to say they never received it, and that in any case, you'll have to fight them through the credit card company for the refund.

Just stay away!
