The setup is simple and easy to manage - I just screwed it up initially. But the team was available to quickly help me fix.

Initially the eSim i had was problematic, but Michael was extremely prompt and helpful to resolve the issues. Post purchase service has really made my experience agreeable!

SCAM. Attempts to activate the eSIM failed repeatedly (but I was charged anyway). Customer service team did not respond even though they claim they have a 24/7 live chat. Strongly recommend you do not buy their products.

I had a great experience with support. One eSim loaded fine. There was an issue loading a second, but support walked me through everything efficiently and clearly. Great plans for good prices.

Totally disappointed with this company!
Purchased a Euro 30 package on line. Received a confirmation email with an order number, thought I was all set.
Some 5 days letter my Roamify app and on the Roamify site said I had no order no purchased esim on records. Finally got thru to company via help line to be told same thing no order no esim. Not a lot of confidence in company so far. Spent some hours tooing and froing via email today.
Finally found my order after much frustration.
No explanation or apology forthcoming, very dubious that I will have trouble free service ahead when I and in Europe later this year!

customer service 10/10, guided me step by step how to remove my old esim and set up Roamify(the better one)

I used airlo previously and the best 7 day plan I could get was 10gb for $25 in Greece… checked out Romify’s 7 day plan and it was about $18 for UNLIMITED data!

Will continue to use this app on all my travels, great service. (Full bars on this network too!)

I've used Roamify several times and was never disappointed. The one time I had issues activating an eSIM, Michael stayed on the live chat with me for about an hour until we figured it out. Absolutely top quality service, not to mention it being the most cost effective eSIM if you need unlimited data. Can't recommend them enough!

These eSIMs are the cheapest in the market and with a fantastic quality, they work perfectly, the team is superb too, they’re always there to help you in whatever you need, I can just recommend them.

I travel all across Europe to 6 different countries and it worked in every country no problems, and saved me a lot of money would highly recommend.

Update: Recently used again in Thailand/ Malaysia and Indonesia for 3 weeks. All worked great. Speeds were excellent 100+mbps. Only downside I noticed was that in heavily congested areas, the speeds were slow and websites struggled to open but that can be also the case with other local users.
