Be careful with this company

Be careful with this company . They do really clever s**t to take money from you. Basically I had a bet on OVER/under cricket. I had over 169.5 at 5/4 . The march got stopped on the first innings due rain at 17 overs with 166 runs and 3 overs to go ( they would have finished with 190 or so) and they gave my bet a loss becouse they said the 80% of the match was finished. Yes I know… we all know … stay away from this betting side. They looked ok at first but.. they know how to take the money from you without you being able to do anything

Same as others. Completed sign up and then received an email before I had even clicked verify email to say that I had lost any free bets after their review.

I rarely bet and had only signed up after their advertising on open goal. I have accounts with skybet and bet365 and are both working exactly as expected. Have emailed them direct for a reasoning as to why.

SBK please do not respond to this with the response you have given on other posts. You of course reserve the right to make changes, just as I have the right to question the reason why.

Avoid this betting company. Registered an account and tried putting on a bet using the yellow free bet option and it took from my balance instead. Tried chatting but got no joy. Apparently they can’t revert bets back. So they keep the money absolute shambles

Total SCAM, they advertise the free bets and then tell you the system determined your not entitled to the bets with no real reason. I would totally avoid this company if you are thinking of signing up as its not as advertised. I would never of placed the £10 qualifying bet if i had been told i wouldnt receive the advertised offer, 100% avoid

Everything going fine and had some cracking ew bets at very generous odds..I placed bet on women’s golf , had 1st 2nd and 5th all ew I believe? No payment ? I keep inquiring? loser ..Baffled I kept trying and It was almost to the point of being told , how many times do we have to tell you ? I informed them to look again and same thing losing bet ..I informed them I watched the final round and the result could be found on sky or any golfing result site ..Still no it’s a losing bet ..I was insulted , ridiculed and mocked by staff .. I closed my account immediately after the bets were finally settled..I now been informed I wasn’t the only customer that had experienced this farce !

Had to split my bet of £470 over 7 bets as it kept saying my stake was above the maximum. I’ve had this the odd time with others but this is by far the worst. No point in have good odds if it takes forever to get the bet on especially if it’s in-play

Either a scam or just the worst betting site/app in the world

Weirdly took me to my bank account app to do a transfer rather than just depositing from my account? Wants a stupidly long password, then said my password was wrong even though auto saved to samsung, claiming IP address not verified, despite seconds earlier settint up on phone, then tried resetting password and you can't click into the box, this is either A SCAM SITE or THEE WORST betting website known to man, unbelievable
