I had the most incredible time on this trip to Norway. From the moment I booked, the organisation was absolutely seamless and I felt well looked after every step of the way.

The ice climbing instructors were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do, which made the whole experience not only safe but unforgettable. I learned so much and felt supported and encouraged throughout.

On top of that, I met some truly amazing people on the trip, which made the experience even more special. What started as a solo adventure turned into something really memorable, full of great moments, laughs, and shared experiences in an unreal setting.

I couldn’t recommend this trip highly enough — epic destination, brilliant organisation, and fantastic people all around

I went on the january 2026 ice climbing trip after seeing a post advertising it on facebook and thought 'why not?' And boy am i glad i signed up!! I made some incredible memories on this trip and met some equally incredible people. The trip was super well organised. There was a range of abilities in our group, i had personally never ice climbed before but there were climbs to challenge everyone of all abilities. The sauna was great fun too! Would highly highly recommend to anyone looking for a sense of adventure and to meet some new, friendly faces!

My first Get Set Adventure trip was Toubkal: Winter Edition. Honestly, what an incredible experience. Matt has everything organised - we stayed in beautiful Raids, had the most incredible guides that were professional and friendly and I truly felt so safe. The food was incredible and there was plenty of it - all included in the price. The refuge we stayed in was cozy and had fires and plenty of blankets to keep warm. All the kit you needed, you could hire. Nothing was left to chance and every detail was accounted for. Matt is such a friendly guy, super organised and really loves what he does. If you’re on the fence about booking a trip, I’d say go for it! You Won’t regret it!

Another amazing trip with Matt. A powerful and rewarding experience - views like nothing I’ve ever seen. Trip was structured brilliantly, especially with well-chosen time to meet with the group and make friends before the ascent in Marrakesh. Top recommendation for people wanting to hike abroad. 10/10.

I recently did the Mount Toubkal winter edition. It was great from beginning to end!! Stunning views at the top, really friendly knowledgeable local guides, a great bunch of people and the summit day was something that will stay with each of us forever! It was EPIC!!
The trips are so well planned. Matt goes to great lengths to plan every detail, he’s very approachable and there’s never a silly question! From the moment you book on you get to chat with other people going on the trip which is a great way to get to know everyone a little. He had suggestions for kit and little recommendations for travelling.

I've hiked with Matt numerous times and if anyone knows how to plan a fully packed enjoyable trip with everything covered, making it an easy journey for everyone else, its Matt. His knowledge is impeccable and every question or concern i had was soon answered and put to rest.

The past events have been amazing and I cant wait to book and travel with Get Set Adventures again very soon.

Especially for Kilimanjaro in 2026

The 2025 Toubkal trip was just incredible. Lovely group of people and the local guides Matt selected were fantastic. Our safety was paramount and they really looked after me when I was struggling with the altitude. Their expert guidance, support and motivation got me through and reaching the summit with the rest of the group was the most amazing experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good adventure.

I've done two epic trips with Get Set Adventure in the last year, Sardinia and Morocco. Both trips were with amazing experiences, well put together with very qualified and safe guides aswell as some wonderful food and companions on the way. I'm looking forward to move adventures with Get Set in 2026.

Excellent trip traversing Alta Via 2 with Get Set Adventure. Every detail was well organised. Matt and the team went to lengths to prepare an itinerary that was unique to give the group the best experience they could.
Even when plans had to change due to weather, this was dealt with easily and without any detriment to the trip.

Absolutely fantastic trip to Sardinia; team and guide were brilliant. Really well organised, loved the adventure - climbing, scrambling, hiking - would 100% recommend and will def be using get set adventure again!

Fantastic experience to take on a course like Ice climbing. Very beginner friendly. Plenty to see and Matt remained adaptable and accommodating to anything arising. 100% recommend. Will be partaking in more activities in the near future.

Absolutely amazing trip, Matt makes everything simple and straightforward. I have no ice climbing or even climbing experience yet within a day we were climbing to the tops of waterfalls and by the second day we was doing it like professionals. Well worth it. Looking forward to another one.
