Had subscription with them for a few months and then they cancelled it with no notice with no response to messages

I have been using Get Set Pet for a couple of years now, and like other reviewers have loved the service that I have received from them. I was on a 4 week subscription for dog food, but this was too much and occasionally had to cancel an order so we could catch up.
I contacted them and they sorted it out for a 6 week subscription instead, perfect result and perfect comms from them.
I would have previously given 5⭐️ any day for them, however, they are clearly having issues, no orders, no replies to emails and the website is down.
I am really sad for them, and hope that they can get through whatever the problem is.

I really rated getsetpet for their dog food subscription. However they've been unoperational for months now without any notice so my dog was left high and dry for her food.

AVOID!! After initially responding promptly to emails they cancelled a pending refund and have refused to engage, leaving me out of pocket. Disgraceful and criminal.

I am very disappointed with the customer service of Get Set Pet. I placed an order on 01/12/23 during their sale. They acknowledged the order quickly and informed DPD with a tracking number. However, that’s where contact ended. I have emailed to date (16/12) four times with no reponse. There web site has been down for maintenance during this time and I now fear my order will never be delivered.

I found get set pet by accident.id been looking for an attachment for a dogs lead and couldn't get it anywhere but they had it. We'll priced, arrived promptly and with a little card and a free gift. I've never had anything like this from any other company and I was delighted that they show such appreciation for their customers. I'll be using them again and highly recommend. I'm greatly impressed by how they conduct their business. A very happy customer here.

Bought 5.4kg of orijen cat food but only has 6 months on the best before date. Elsewhere, it's well over a year so means my cat will be eating food past is best before date as only has 25g per day alongside one pouch of wet food.

We have used Get Set Pet twice now and we will return. Competitive prices and excellent, personal customer service. We will consider the subscription service now we have 2 dogs. Thank you both!

I do try to support my local Pet shops but only one sells the food our dog has so I also shop on line for it. I tried Get Set Pet as the price was competitive and the delivery time of 2 days was much faster than many others who are quoting 7 days plus. Food arrived when expected and advised by Email, well packed with a good best before dat so very please.

I used get set pet for about a year, I was on a subscription for eden dog food, even when the prices went more expensive than elsewhere. Then one time my subscription never turned up, I did wait a couple weeks as it was December, Christmas, busy time but then after 2 week got in contact just to be told they couldn't get hold of my usual dog food anymore there was a problem with supplier. I know these things happen but to not inform me of it or ring and offer an alternative or give me a heads up they were going to run out I thought was terrible customer service. I have found it elsewhere now and cheaper. I was really disappointed and don't think I will be returning

This company had the items that I wanted, they were discounted, the delivery was quick, I had a little handwritten note inside with a free gift of poo bags in the holder. Absolutely amazing company and I will order from them in the future. Thank you very much!
